The staff was nice, especially a young man from the Bahamas, he was very respectful and answered all my questions pertaining to my stay.

I didn't like the idea of them not having a micro wave in the lobby.

Location, Breakfast was good.

That we had to ask for more towels and toilet tissue because they didn't refill.

It was clean, quiet, modern, located in a nice area and surrounded by good restaurants. The receptionist at the front desk was very friendly and polite. The breakfast was very good.

My wife and I were not dissatisfied with anything.

Great stay overall, clean room, good breakfast. No complaints!

A black pair in underwear were found under the bedside table. They were definitely not ours.

Our room was on the third floor. The elevator down button didn't work and there was no sign stating it didn't work. Carpet was very duty and it was stinky in the hallway.

Had a horrible experience at check in the female staff did not greet or treat my family or I very kindly . I have never had such a bad experience at holiday inn.

There several vagrants wandering in the vicinity of the hotel but staff called police to scare them off. Apparently that¿s par for the course in Austin now.

Good location

Parking lot was very full overnight. Had to park away from hotel at another store's parking lot.

Close to good bars and places of entertainment.

I know it's hard to control everything, but, neighboring room doors were loud. Especially at 3 am.

Light fixture out in bathroom. Moved to different room and light out there too. Maintenance out never fixed. Room not made up - found out only done on request. Noisy water pipes. Very thin walls. Carpet felt dirty. Did not like the place at all!

I've stayed here a few times but not at this location again after the last stay, for which I'm completing this survey. People in & out, dropping things on the floor, slamming things in the room. I pounded on the wall but that did no good. Out of space.

This goes back to a stay a couple weeks ago where I was put on the 3rd floor for the first time. I don't know who or what was up there but clearly they had no regard for those below them. I ran out of space in this section.

The staff are amazing, and the room was extraordinarily clean. This was a great stay! Quiet, lovely place to stay with a hearty breakfast.

The hotel is just a little hard to find, but look behind the Krispy Kreme and then enjoy the quiet hotel!

I searched for weeks trying to find a good hotel in Austin. Most of the decently priced ones had horrible reviews. I finally just chose the Holiday Inn and was very surprised! Very clean!! Bed was comfortable!

Location was convenient. The room and bathroom were spacious, the pillows were comfortable.

The room had a musty/bad smell. There were stains on the carpets and the hallways were dirty with little scraps of trash. The coolers in the front lobby area with the drinks were not working so none of the drinks were cold. The staff was indifferent.
