Great location!
The staff and the free Breakfast.
Location was great close to everything. Very clean and nice.

Cons -

The complimentary breakfast needs some improvement. There was 1 person making eggs for everyone & they were cold.
We did not require wheelchair accessible bathroom. The shower water was everywhere and the bathroom was slippery. Felt that pictures where some what misleading in regards to the Â¿loft Â¿ area. It is attached to the element but it is separate.
Did not receive housekeeping 2 of 6 days.

Large, modern,fully furnished 2 room suite(received free room upgrade): Full kitchenette w full-size fridge, stove top, microwave, glasses, dishes, pots/pans, cleaning towels/soaps,etc. Most comfortable king bed. Prime downtown location. Great restaurant
