Staff barging in my room without knocking. They said they didn’t know that I already paid for the day again?!? Maybe ask other employees or look yourself. DEFINITELY HOTEL101 always knock before entering a room!! Unbelievable!!

Terrible place, owner very rude, rooms are filthy, owner tried to lie about a broken door to not have to refund, but I was recording! Too which he called the cops

The room was disgusting. There were roaches everywhere. The toilet was cracked. People were knocking on the door at all hours of the night.

Privacy was the only plus.

Dirty floors, walls, dead cockroaches, stains everywhere, hair in every corner, staff was rude then helpful once I threatened with a low rating

The place is a disaster. Blood stains on the floor and walls, the smell that wakes you up at night and gets into your clothes. Avoid at all costs. Spend the extra $50 and find something better

The check-in lady was very nice

TV had horible reception!!!!!, need better/thicker pillows.

Quick and easy in and out. No drama, just a room.

A shower curtain would have been nice.....and HDMI cabling for the TV would have made a huge difference.....not sure why the TVs only had a coax connection......

It was 20 dollars cheaper than any other hotel in the area

Lights didn't work, wifi was down, the dead bolt didn't work on the handle.

Room smelled like a drug den. Smelled of weed, cigarettes and bad choices. The smoke detector had been ripped off the wall, picture stolen and not replaced, a hole in the bathroom ceiling the size of my head, stains on EVERYTHING! Even the lamp shades.

The location is okay but that's it everything else is pretty terrible

I did not like the room, the smell of the room the reach infestation and they refuse to give me my money back even though I could not go spend the night there due to the unsanitary conditions

1st room I was given had bugs running across the bed when I turned on the light. 2nd room I was given had bugs on the walls and under the pillow. They would not issue a refund or voucher. The 3rd room was an upgrade and was bug free

The price & location. No deposit was required. Wi-Fi worked well

No amenities- no breakfast- no laundry- no coffee- no late check-outs - no gym - no lobby

The hotel was not sanitized and had roaches and hair in the drain and needles as well!

The ONLY good thing here is that it¿s on S. Congress so can get a bus, or an Uber, or ride a bike right into town (over several miles), but that¿s it. There are no redeeming qualities here.

As soon as I walked into the room, I realized that it reeked of smoke. Nevertheless, we had booked for two nights so we continued. When we finally left, I ended up with a sinus infection which I attribute to the polluted air quality and my plush reeked.

The shower was broken. It was really dirty, the pillows looked like someone pissed on them. We got a new card for a new room to shower and the room was unnamed. They claimed to not want to help us till the morning when we paid for 3 nights for a shower.

The room was nice and there was very little noise.

The parking spaces were a little small.

Best part? It looks like it is a homeless shelter or long term stay for homeless people NOT a hotel, you as a company should provide a level of safety knowing YOUR customers feel safe using your product !!! The people running that slum don¿t care.

Every inch was not dirty, but filthy! Our outside facing door had been previously kicked in and not repaired, had to push dresser in front of door, people talking outside our door all night, it stunk, shower barely worked DO NOT STAY HERE! I want a refund
