Close to the airport. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
Carpets were in need of some care throughout the hotel with a I please t smell on the corridors. Not a lot of atmosphere within the public areas.

The staff were amazing, especially the 2 sisters (I forget their names) who are the bartenders . We spent 2 nights while seeing a concert in Austin. Great location , great food and service . Highly recommend

Location is great Love the hotel very comfortable bus to go to airport is a big plus
We went to the bar and the female bartender was very rude would not wait on us and made faces when we ordered. We were not made to feel welcome to be there

Great location and very convenient to airport. Good food and drink !!
The shuttle driver taking us to airport in the morning was rude! When I told him I was running late for my flight, he took my luggage and placed it at the bottom of everyone else’s luggage and I was the last to get on the shuttle before it left for the airport and he buried my bag and made me wait until the end. I almost missed my flight. And again he was rude !!!

Stuck at Austin airport for a night and this was the closest hotel to the airport. Free shuttle was easy. The hotel sent a phone number to request the shuttle which came in less than 5 minutes. Bar/restaurant was open until 11, so we were able to grab dinner even though everything in the airport had already closed. Great room, comfortable bed, excellent check in and server.
Music playing in lobby was loud at midnight and had to request it be turned off with front desk. The music was turned off after request. Got a great night's sleep after that.

Comfortable room
The food at dinner was among the worst I have tasted - certainly not of a quality I would expect at a Hilton. I ordered the club sandwich. The toast was soggy and the chicken, bacon (ham) and cheese were thin, round slices of very heavily processed food. Largely tasteless.A professional colleague I met in the morning told me that he had taken one look at the food and decided not to order anything.
