Hampton Inn & Suites Austin Cedar Park-Lakeline

Good quality hotel for the price I paid. The room was equipped with a small fridge. Rooms were clean, staff friendly and efficient, and the continental breakfast was good and included several hot items.

There was no microwave.The tv was very small and placed on the sidewall next to the bed. Water temp in the shower was a bit difficult to get to the right temp.

The room was super clean and smelled really nice too.

Halls were not air conditioned and after being outside at a street festival it was uncomfortable. Hall and room both had an odor

I loved the location, the amazing breakfast, and the customer service.

The hotel definitely needed a bit of maintenance, they kept having issues with the elevator getting stuck. At one point a group of 4 people were trapped in the elevator for a few minutes.

front desk staff was pretty rude towards people trying to enter after hours thru main sliding door that is turned off but no sign saying so. we all just thought it was a faulty door. bit of a power trip that wasn't appropriate.

Great location, excellent staff, nice clean and spacious rooms.  the general manager at our location was absolutely wonderful. She helped my wife and myself through tough situation. I highly recommend this establishment for a great stay.

Location and cleanliness was great. We love the HamptonInns they¿re always up to par.

One of the beds was horrible it creaked with every little move. There was not much choice at the breakfast bar.

Very clean, like new. Nice pool and Jacuzzi. Great breakfast. Omlets bacon potatoes, home made waffles and all the other things you'd expect like bagels cereal toast and fruit. Staff was very friendly. Right next to Olive Garden.

Nothing. Wished I could have stayed longer.

All the staff was very welcoming and very nice. The bed was heavenly and so were the pillows, I did not want to get out of bed after such a sound sleep. Everything smelled and looked clean.

The sink stopper was almost closed and it took a while for the water to drain. The shower was very weak so it took a while to shower

Could not see the hotel sign. Had to go around and finally found it.

Two employees that were great employee was one who trulycares as did another ladyDon't be fooled. They'll like you when u pay then they're really mean.

The manager,  and front desk atendee were the rudest people in customer service I've ever dealt with. I worked in hotels, resorts and airlines for years in customer service. Inexcusable! "I'm sick of babysitting y'all!"-Margaret wasted $$$!

Nope, Hampton Inn always has nice clean rooms, comfy beds & sheets, free breakfast, and pleasant staff. This is my favorite affordable hotel chain!!

I couldn’t sleep all night because the air conditioner was extremely noisy. It was running very loudly throughout the night. I was unable to sleep comfortably. I left the hotel unhappy.

When you are traveling you need nice clean room, good reasonable price to stay & good shower. Hotel showerhead did not have enough water pressure. it was very slow. also hot water took little while to come. thanks
