Clean & nice breakfast

Sign out by the street had no lights making the hotel hard to find at night as it sits back and slightly hidden from view.

Friendly staff, quiet rooms, ample parking. Breakfast on Saturday 8/9 was delicious. Breakfast on Sunday 8/10 looked under cooked

The room was an older room with blemishes in the walls.

The hotel was very clean, the staff specifically the breakfast couple who prepared the breakfast meal were very friendly and the price for the stay was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Poor drains in restroom, standing water while attempting to shower and the sink wouldn't drain faster than it filled with water. The air conditioning wouldn't work, and it was unbearable hot in the entire hotel.

I didn't have to sleep in my car. Even my service animal wouldn't eat the hot breakfast.

Very pleased with the staff and amenities. Breakfast was a very pleasant surprise.

Only problem is that even though it is next to two restaurants you can not get to them without driving for about two miles. The road going to the Hotel is one way the wrong way.

Bed was comfortable, room was nice size, bathroom was clean, and breakfast was good.

Felt like you were in the hood. A lot of trash in the parking lot and on the adjacent property. Has parking barrier access gate most likely to prevent auto thefts, which is good but serves as a reminder as to the neighborhood.

It was in a quiet location. It was clean and staff was very nice.

Cleanliness - don't know what is happening in hotels lately, but most rooms are just plain dirty.

The room was super clean. I stayed two nights, and they even tidied up between nights, which I did not expect. The staff was amazing. Even after I checked out, when I thought I forgot something behind, they checked the room for me.

Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location. The hot breakfast was really a hot and filling breakfast.

Hotel inside looks good, decent furniture and clean. Breakfast is good with decent selection.

The shampoo and conditioner provided is too little, only enyfor one person. The hotel should consider to install dispenser instead of small bottle supply.

Literally EVERYTHING except the below:

Staff member stole my son's $1 bill from the desk while we were out of the room on Easter day (assuming housekeeping, but not accusing her, out of fairnes). ASIDE from THIS staff member, the others were EXCELLENT, as would have been everything else.

The decor of the hotel was better than what I would expect of a 3-star hotel.

When getting to the hotel, you need to make a U-turn and cross multiple lanes immediately, which can be a little dangerous.

wow!!! this place is amazing.. Did not expect it at all. Very clean and quiet. Came in, out of town. I really dislike Austin too busy and the hotel is never that great but this one is here.. Love it and the breakfast was amazing!!!

Comfortable beds and easy to get to and from where we were going.

The room had funky smell to it.
