Residence Inn by Marriott Austin South

Breakfast was posted in the wall until 9:30 am. Went down at 9:10 and it was all over and getting cleaned up. Told they had changed it to 9:00. NOT OK! We were in a hurry and all I wanted was a quick bowl of oatmeal. already thrown everything away.

Large, and clean rooms. Good hot breakfast, and 24 hours coffee . The staff were very professional and helpful

Looking at the hotel building from the outside doesn¿t pay compliments to the hotel itself

Staff was pleasant, suite was spacious and clean.

It was a wonderful place! enjoyed it a lot! very roomy and comfy.

I didn't realize that the pet policy, the deposit was $150. I wasn't prepared for that. wasn't sure if it was a full size bed, could have used at least a queen, husband is a big guy ;)

I arrived at the hotel at 12:30 am after a long day of travel to find that my reservation that was made 5 months prior had been cancelled the morning of my arrival by the manager of the hotel. I did not receive a call or email. This was a bad experience!

Lots of space in room! Bathroom was spacious and exceptionally clean. Very comfortable room and bed!

It is a pet-friendly hotel, which is just fine, but in the room across the hall from us, there was a very large dog that would bark every single time someone walked past the room! We complained to the front desk and the dog no longer barked!

clean, nice size room, comfortable, quiet, except for I35 traffic. Very good breakfast and even an evening tacos and wine (unexpected).

I loved the fact that it had a fully stocked kitchen and a living area seperate from the bed. It was over all a great experience!

Great place, very nice rooms

The MOD, Jacob, was so amazing and helpful and compassionate..he made our stay more than just a hotel overnight- he came up with a great solution for our family. Our room was immaculate and comfortable and we all were able to relax and rest after a very stressful trip. Breakfast was also great. Thank you!!

They don't have two queen beds, only a King bed type!The sofa bed is not comfortable for kids' bed
