The room was spacious and everything was very nice

The t.v. did not work the entire 2 nights we stayed.

Staff is friendly

I saw a bug in my hotel room bathroom on my last night.

It¿s centered it a very upscale part of Austin. The rooms are big and clean and. Had a full kitchen.

Not at all.

This hotel was amazing for the deal I paid. We got a king suite which had a fully stocked kitchen. Staff was friendly. Gym has a peloton spin bike! Breakfast was good with waffle maker, oatmeal bar, and fresh hot food. Very clean. Good location.

Pet fee was 100$ for a stay (stayed 2 nights).

Quiet hotel with large rooms. Love having a kitchen. Will definitely stay here again.

Cleaning lady was nice

Cleanliness, front desk staff,upkeep of overall hotel.

Even on the 3rd floor hot water was great and the water pressure was awesome

New mattress so it was stiff Whoever does the pillows needs work all 4 pillows were wornout

Friendly staff, very accommodating with complimentary upgrade at check-in.

Present during period of Covid-19 shut downs so breakfast and amenities were extremely limited (though understandably so)

The location was excellent for my travels.

Original room had a non-working AC. I went to the desk and hotel employee was super helpful in getting me a different room with excellent AC. Rooms could use a deep cleaning, around the headboard was quite dusty.

Is located in good area, close to restaurants and shops.

The breakfast they offer is very poor and not of good quality. I understand it's free, but they should improve. Like the coffee they offer, I do not know if it is old or it is not of good quality.

Staff was great. I appreciated there was a basketball court, and we could use the indoor pool at the Marriot courtyard

The rooms were nice and clean, breakfast wwas good, and the area was perfect

Location close to Arboretum, rooms were nice, & the toiletries were great - the shampoo was Paul Mitchell brand & soaps smelled like grapefruit. We especially liked our bedroom suite with the closed door, & a sleeper sofa in the separate living room.

The queen bed was unfortunately too soft for us -- my husband woke up with a back ache.

Hotel employee does well for keeping guests comfortable at this hotel.

Swimming pool really needs a heater
