The room was updated and clean. Good place to sleep

Restroom ceiling looked like it was caving in. Every corner in Restroom was rusty. Breakfast: coffee, toast, cheese Danish, sausage, & waffle batter that made the worst waffles. Lady at the front desk at night was nice. The man at daytime was a little dry

The hotel clerk in the morning was rude, and said he was going to charge me a $40 late check out fee for checking out 30 to 40 minutes after checkout time the following morning.

The hotel had poor lighting, and I almost slipped in the bathtub.

Customer service not good. The bed was to soft and really low distance from floor, the electrical plugs where not working and I need to plug my Cpap machine I sleep without the machine.

Heater did not work. Office had to bring portable heater. Blanket on bed had cigarette burns.

Employees speak foreign languages and one in particular got aggravated each time I asked for ice. The location is very loud 24-7 from the double decker interstate nearby.

I don't even know where to start. This hotel charged a service disabled veteran $150.00 pet deposit for a service animal and proceeded to grill us on what the service animal's functionality was. DO NOT waste your hard earned tax paying dollars here!

Dirty and had a host of bugs in my room especially noisy crickets

I made a reservation for 2 nites for one person. I was charged for 2 people and was booked for 1 nite. I had to rebook for the second nite and was charged $50 extra each nite for a cleaning fee. The price was twice what I was originally charged.

Breakfast offer with room stay and decent priced

With Texas weather temperature room took along time to cool off it didn¿t feel comfortable until 3 am

They gave me a non smoking room even though I had a pet.

It¿s was dirty and falling apart. I took pictures of vents and stuff hanging off the ceiling. Didn¿t look like the pictures.

The room smelled very bad bathroom was in poor condition. They do not return the deposit fee until 3 or 4 days after you left. it's not fair.

Was sleeping on the last night there when I woke up to finding bugs crawling on the bed. This happened at 1am. Didn¿t sleep in bed after that. Went to my car and slept.

I really did not like this hotel at all. I had something hard on the sheets when I laid down. Looks like there was a sticker or something or the sort that didn¿t come off.

Everything, location wasn¿t what I expected, staff had me waiting outside to fill out forms, the ceiling in the bathroom where the shower is looked like it had water damage and ready to cave in.

There were no towels in the room except for one hand towel. Batteries were dead in TV remote. Strangers tried the door handle after 2am.

The room smelt like smoke even though it says no smoking.. There was one blanket for a 2 bedroom & if we didn¿t have a blanket it¿s just one sheet to cover yourself, that¿s not very good.. The bed are not very good but I know it¿s not a high-end hotel
