Omni Austin Hotel Downtown

The aesthetics are amazing! 5star hotel all the way. It’s not only beautiful, but clean, roomie, and inviting.

The property had friendly and engaging employees from parking, to reception, bar/restaurant/coffee shop to housekeeping. It was a very comfortable stay and its location downtown made it walkable to several venues besides the graduation we attended.

The daily resort fee, just build it into the price of the nightly room rate.

couldn’t use qr code for valet so had to wait to get the car both days, pillows were too soft and bed was really firm so not the most comfortable

The place is huge with lots of room.

When they asked for my credit card they did not tell me what amount they were going to preauthorize for deposit. They took $200 without telling me anything regarding what amount they would be authorizing. Still waiting for the bank to release it back.

Staff was very helpful, and the location is great.

Parking is pricey.

When I arrived my room wasn't ready and front desk offered me a suite...it was fabulous...kinda makes you wish you could stay for a month ...very nice hotel

The room next door kept us up Friday and Saturday nights. Could hear their music and voices. They sounded like a party. Walls too thin? Pool got very crowded and my grandson didn¿t feel comfortable with all the adults just hanging in the pool.

inside hotel hallways it looked pretty. Parking and valet service was good.

horrible Location: not far from homeless shelter. Not safe to go outside. Not clean: there was a huge cockroach in the bathroom! I could not sleep and left early before Dec 31st. Hotel sent me email that this stay will he reimbursed in full, it was not!

Yes, starting at check in when the hotel swiped my card for more than they should have, causing an OD of my funds, leaving me with 0 dollars for spending money while all the way across country. I'm already home & account still not cleared. Total NIGHTMARE

The front desk people were excellent. The bellmen were fantastic. They were very prompt in getting our car and helping us get on our way.

Had to wait 2 hours past check-in time for our room. Walls were thin and there was a lot of noise from surrounding rooms. Construction at the hotel meant its restaurants were ¿coming soon.¿ The room lacked basics such as a microwave and coffee maker.

Very close to the capitol and UTexas, where my meetings took place. The rooftop pool is beautiful. My room was very clean and spacious, big windows with lots of light.

Construction began at 7am, but this is a temporary inconvenience.

Woken up in the middle of the night every night of my stay from drunken guests. You can hear everything in adjoining rooms through the doors.

I was told there would be no construction over the weekend. That was not the case I was woken by LOUD construction 3 days in a row Friday-Sunday. It was very disappointing for the amount of money I paid.

Hot water didn¿t work, staff at front desk was not helpful at night.
