- Overnight parking $50 Reservation fee $25
- Not being able to access Swimclub pool & restaurant even though it was the sole reason we booked the stay and traveled from out of town. Huge let down.
- I took advantage of the hidden hotel - it promised a $--- room for $---, but it was basically a Holiday Inn right next to I35 - poor location and loud traffic. Our room wasn't ready until 7pm. Coffee supplies not replenished.
