Motel 6 Austin, TX - Midtown

Roaches, hair on pillow cases, the look of interior was awful. Drywall patches thru out room was bad, no attemp to make it look good

It was close by the venue we were attending, the front desk lady was nice

The website I used to book the room said check out was at 12 & a lady came to knock at exactly 11 to tell us we had to vacate. The shower wouldn't drain we'd have to wait about 30 min for it to go down so the next person could shower...

Unsafe building stairs loose, rampant drug use and general unsafe feeling in the compound. Big gaps in door, smears of something on the walls

The manager was rude and the room was not cleaned properly

Looked like a lot of activity going on outside. Rooms on both side looked like they had someone living in them and they were noisy all night long, did not feel safe at this place.

First, I paid for a room that sleeps 4. But I was charged EXTRA because there was a 3rd person. WTH???? The room was deplorable, people were smoking crack in the hallways and a guy was shot and killed in the parking lot 30 minutes after we got there.

Nasty place, staff was rude, Pool not open at all, no breakfast, and room phone did not work- not even a dial tone.

The staff was very unprofessional the hotel drug dealers selling dope and nasty ros with roaches and bed bugs.

Pretty much a residential for homeless people. Every time I went outside there was someone lurking around asking for money etc. since people live there all night they were up. I didn¿t feel comfortable sleeping here at all. The room wasn¿t clean

The hotel reeks of urine,there are drugs bags on the ground,active drug dealers,smoking crack on the steps,my bed was wet, my room was dirty,the walls were dirty,the shower was dirty, the toilet was dirty,the doors were dirty,the table was dirty & more...

They were selling drugs in the room down stairs and when we told the front desk she did nothing. The smell of marijuana was horrible. My children were terrified.

Really nothing. The room smelled. The a/c too noisy. The room needs painting, there was blood on the pillow cases? It was not a good experience at all. I would not recommend this place at all

Very clean - almost new. Very safe location.

Not really near anything you want to see when visiting Austin but very safe. A couple restaurants and bar about 1 mile away.

We received a downstairs room. Parking was adequate and free.

Very noisy outside room. Room smelled of mildew/mold and there was a puddle of water on the floor beneath the AC/heat unit. Heater malfunctioned and blew cold air. We were provided one tiny bar of soap and two bath towels for two adults.

The hotel staff is rude. We have stayed here over two months and they're always rude every time we come up to the front desk to inquire about something. There's no coffee. In the morning. They try to charge a dollar for a pod. I'm not used to the front

I did not like the hotel staff. When we got here the rooms weren't very clean. The towel bar is falling off. I'm not pleased with it at all. And I have no other choices on where to go. When I ask for new sheeting and bedding. They told me I could not have

broken mirror in bathroom bathroom light out when we got there. coffee in lobby was terrible, weak, desk agent did not put hardly any coffee in to make coffee.

The location was good for me because it was so close to 35 and 290 but the surrounding area was old and a little scary.

I did not feel safe. The door to the adjoining room had the lock broken. I hated the room. It was felt like it was being renovated but they didn't finish the job. EVERYTHING had cigarette burns. The shower sucked! It changes temperature every minute.

Very bad experience. Pool was closed under maintenance but never was noted on the website when I was ordering the hotel
