Yes must have been a bad area had my window on my truck knocked out and my yeti stolen. Lady heard me and said she was stuck there because 2 day before they tried to steal her car and the antitheft shut her car down. Front desk seemed like this was normal

Great Location, parking and Easy access to the room

I loved the nature atrium, gazebo, walking trail and the pool area.

The hotel was being renovated. Shoddy work - even the renovated rooms were falling apart. We would stay there again.

FOOD could have been better

Carpet strips down the hall . Drywall everywhere. Bathtub didn't drain so I was standing in 3 inches of water and the shower curtain was moldy. Bathroom light flashed on and off. Trim falling off the walls. Worst I've ever experienced

Free breakfast

Side door was not secure. Sign said door locked 24 hours a day, but it wasn't. Katrina at front desk needs customer service training. We were charged $30 for early arrival of only one hour. We had an extended stay and were paying over $--- total

Location is good and the bed was comfortable

The gentleman that checked me in was not friendly, he acted like he did not like his job. Construction on renovating the hotel was going on so there were areas that were dirty. The people in the room next to me had dogs that barked and woke me up

I had to move rooms 6 times. I?m not a picky person nor hard to please but several TV?s not working, extreme dirt on all floors, wall paper peeling and rude staff make this a really, really bad hotel.

The staff was horrible. Room smelled like mildew. They refused to move me to a different room without charging me an additional $30. Front desk girl was extremely rude & opinionated about matters that did not concerned her. Hot questioned at breakfast.

I love the new rooms on the bottom floor. Much cleaner and updated.

This was our second stay. The first one had problems. The first room they put us in, #316, smelt like an ashtray. Then they had us upgrade to a King Suite....cost us an addition $20. When we got into the room there was a dead roach on the floor...

Location to airport; hotel employee was awesome - helpful. Loved the garden patio.

In addition to paper cups, we could have used plastic for water & wine.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

There is no restaurant in the hotel, only a breakfast buffet.

Quiet location off of MOPAC. Free parking and free breakfast.

It was kind of run down, dirty carpets, and smelled a bit of weed on the 3rd floor (but it's Austin, so ...)

the location was the only good thing about this place

dirty, smellled nasty, room was gross, zero water pressure in shower, no maid service, could barely even get extra towels, super loud could hear every word our neighbors said, could hear their TV and alarm clock. awful overall.

The thing I liked best was the location. It was close to the University and airport.

Staff wasn¿t helpful or friendly. Stayed 3nights and no maid service. Had to get my own towels and paper products. Coffee pot leaked and carpet stained. Breakfast less than expected!

Conveniently located off Mopac in a quite, clean neighborhood, making it safe and easy to get anround Austin. The staff was nice.

The place is long overdue for an update, but that is likely why it is so affordable. The pool was old but well maintained. If you¿re looking for a resort experience, this isn¿t it but it is a nice, safe, clean place to stay in Austin.

The location was the ONLY good thing about this hotel experience.

EVERYTHING was horrible. We stayed for 4 days and never had any housekeeping service. I went to the desk and asked for a room refresh and was told they had no staff and offered me towels and sheets to CLEAN myself. Rude to say least. Bed was hard

The staff was super friendly & welcoming to our family. We were in town to attend funeral services after the unexpected death of a family member. In all we had 7 rooms; the front desk staff accomodated us by putting all of our rooms in close proximity

In our room, we were NEVER able to get hot water from the sink. We had to use the faucet in the shower each time we needed hot water. Also, the water presssure in the shower was awful.
