Rooms were clean, adequate size & bed was comfortable

Shower & tolit were in to small of an area togethet

Location and they provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

They’re was some hair in the restroom

All the rooms had bugs, we couldn?t sleep all night because we were afraid of bugs

It's clean, staff is friendly and the room is affordable.

Gun shots dont make you feel safe! When you hear gunshots in the parking lot its difficult to fall asleep. The hotel is nice its in a rough area in my opinion!

The crime in the area, I wish I knew about this problem in the area before I booked thats why Im sharing my experience. Gunshots at 11:30pm on a Monday night SMH! The hotel was nice bad area!

We were on the 1st floor, a/c was running good, the Floorplan was nice. I like how it had a sink, microwave, and fridge. The breakfast was great from someone that doesn't even get up early to eat breakfast lol.

Returned back to the hotel after being gone from about 9am until 2pm to find a letter put underneath our door that said we needed to stop smoking marijuana in the room and that there were several complaints of marijuana smoke exiting our room. Must be hk.

Staff was great, super helpful and best part of the stay

The cell service will not work in this building. I am traveling for business and this was unacceptable. If you need to work and use a cell phone, DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE.

Nice location, modern styling, staff very friendly. They genuinely love their job, they were having a staff party that night for the holidays which tells me they show appreciate their staff.

The room is a great size for a couple, the bathroom was great. Didnt have to wait at l for hot water

I loved the hotel but the bed was really firm so my back did hurt the first two nights. But I do understand that these hotels have to get firm mattress so they last.

Beautiful hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff throughout. Concierge, was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. the Bell Captain, was outstanding! Front desk and bar staff also excellent. Hotel is right on the Riverwalk.

The sitting area in the hotel room was very dark. I recommend painting the brick wall a lighter color. We werent in the hotel room much so it wasn¿t a big deal. Would like to have bar service on the rooftop deck go later into evening.

Great vibe, pet friendly, new & clean. The location was great-close to shopping, restaurants, & grocery store. Easy access on & off major freeway, but no traffic noise

There was no where to sit other than a desk chair, so we had to sit, watch TV, etc. in bed while in the room. There was a very small refrigerator, but no microwave. The staff, for the most part, were not friendly/helpful.

It was so loud all night. Some people were knocking on my door at 3 AM so I couldn¿t fall asleep.

I liked the lobby and the way the room was set up

I didn't like the stiff uncomfortable king size mattress in 206, worse night sleep I have ever had, the shower room was way to tight for 2 people, way to far from Austin I booked it because it said northwest Austin no where near downtown,waste of money!!
