Hampton Inn Austin-South/Airport Area

Not a great experience. Worse than side of the road motels. Cleaning staff never went. I asked to confirm and they never went. The cube seats were fake leather and peeling everywhere. There were blue little flakes all over the place.

No towels were given. No cleaning and flaking chair

Staff was friendly, room was clean and breakfast was decent.

It is older, showing some wear. It is clean and has a better than normal breakfast. The staff are very nice, loved the blessing! Would definitely stay again.

The part of town was not my fav - but when traveling sometimes you have to stop in unfamiliar areas.

Very rude and uneducated. Was charged $75 dollars for small dog. 1 night only. There website said airport shuttle. That was a Lie. Had to higher a different company to drive me to airport. Food was unacceptable.

The hotel staff was nothing short of fantastic! Super helpful, kind and prompt! Wish all hotels had people like them!

I would stay here again, but.....during my stay my truck was broken into. Thankfully, nothing was stolen and the only damage was my bed cover being ruined but it highlighted the hotel has next no security or cameras watching the parking lot.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast had hot and cold selection. Clean towels available upon request. Didn't use pool or workout room, but both were clean and available.

The room smelled like a dog and like urine. The hall was litter with trash.

The power was out, and the hotel was under MAJOR construction. They did put us up at the hotel next door, which was nice.

The room is very clean and updated. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Hotel employee at the front desk was a great sport for putting up with my mom and my shenanigans. Very welcoming and a pleasure to talk to. There was another sweet younger pregnant girl that checked on our family all through breakfast. Great staff!

Selected two beds when booking got 1 bed. Had to request to be changed

Very friendly,helpful staff, clean well furnished rooms, good breakfast with a to-go bag for those in a hurry. The best Hampton Inn I have stayed.

The staff were amazing. From breakfast till bedtime they went out of their way to help. We really enjoyed this hotel. Warning, if you fly into Austin there are two airport Hampton Inns. It is easy to confuse them when looking for an airport shuttle

Relatively close to the airport, friendly staff.

The hotel does not have its own airport shuttle. Instead, the hotel contracts shuttle service through Super Shuttle. This means you are riding with other people with different destinations. Four hour advance notice to front desk for shuttle back to AUS.
