Great staff and location.

Toilet difficult to flush

The room was really small, if you had to spend any time other then sleeping it was extremely awkward. Very hard to move around. We are a family of 3. All regular size people. Smelled moldy. Elevators were broken, pretty sure it was not 2 queen beds, full.

Hotel was clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hot breakfast was fresh and included egg omelets, potatoes, and sausage. There was also other breakfast staples including waffle maker and fresh fruit. The food was kept hot and kept clean.

The location is in a busy area and easy access to 35. There were multiple homeless people on the access road in front of the hotel and you do have to pay $5 for parking. Nothing happened to our vehicle during our stay.

The TV is huge. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great.

They should have told me the blinds were remote controlled when Itold them I couldn't close the blinds. The mattress was not very comfortable.

The beds were big and the room had lots of space.

The beds were hard, and the bath tub was stopped up. I informed the front desk and I told him that they could fix it the following day. He said tomorrow let him know and he would send someone. He also told me that he wasn¿t going to be move rooms.

This hotel is close to campus and right off I-35 which makes it easy to get to. It's also clean and well-managed with a nice breakfast and all day coffee available.

The AC was a little loud, but it did keep the room cool and comfortable!

The takeaway bag filled with snacks. I have stayed at numerous hotels and have never been offered a takeaway

When I arrived at the hotel there was only 1 elevator working which I was very disappointed by. The next day I chose to go downstairs to grab breakfast to only find both elevators were out of order. This was very unacceptable

They moved our room. Initially we were near the pool on the 3rd floor.There were kids abd adults in the pool after 10pm being very loud. The business next door has a recorded warning message that was going off. I called the front desk and they moved us.

Charge for parking not noted on website. High incidentals credit card hold. Hard to find and get into parking lot.

The breakfast was decent but was late setting up and wasn't set up til after 7am. The room was clean but phone didn't work the lock was broken and the system was down and they didn't give me a room key and had security to let me into room . I didn't feel

Night auditor was rude and took 2 hours to check me in to wrong room type no key and no late check out . Awful experience and were unprofessional and rude .

Rooms were very nice and clean
