Extended Stay America Suites - Austin - Northwest - Research Park

GM, has really turned this ES around for the better - under previous horrible, incompetent management. This site is large and in an ideal place - next to VISA, Apple and Oracle in Riata Trace, right on top of them.

don't like the concrete floors on the 1st flor - like the 2nd since wood floors for a somewhat bad knee.

Hotel employee is theGeneral Manager. She is the 1st competent manager at this Etended Stay Site on 12424 Research Blvd, Austin, TX 78758

Have a breakfast Once or twice a week jsut to get people together...

I am grateful that I was able to sleep, though I had significant concerns.

This is just a small list of all the things wrong with the facility: holes in the wall, chipped paint, baseboards missing, doorframes broken, bedroom doors missing, holes in the curtains, rips and holes in the couch, etc. Do NOT go to this place, it's bad

Nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Filthy, only HOT water in bathtub, nonfunctional phone, Police in parking lot and hall... need more?

Absolutely nothing. It was horrifying. It was like being in a ditch.

the room was absolutely filthy and disgusting. The bed had two gigantic holes in the middle where he sunk in. The couch had two gigantic holes where he couldn¿t even sit down. The shower was filthy. The amenities were horrible.

leaving was the best. the 3rd floor smelled. we stayed for just an hr and ppl on the same floor where yelling at eachother. the lights in the room didn't qork the tv remotes ... on for two tvs didn't work the wifi wasn't working at all and it felt so hot

the staff was OK. very non chalant fellow that was literally only there for a moment. we waited for 10 mins before we decided to leave. since no one showed up to check us out we left the key at the desk. it felt scary to stay here for the one hr we did.

It was dirty and it stunk throughout the whole building. The elevator broke during my stay in the staff was sleeping.

I did not enjoy one thing about this stay!! I will never come back.

Do NOT believe the pictures - especially, cleanness and on-the-go Breakfast were totally dofferent. Sofa with holes, No pool, No coffee maker, No kitchenware, No towels in the room, AC doesn't work promptly... Never stay again!

absolutely nothing, the bathroom was filthy, the kitchen floor disgusting!!! the exit door was prided open for access to anyone.

cleanliness, the check-in service was poor I waited 5-7 minutes for someone to show up, the security of the building was not what it should¿ve been, pool was closed.

It was so dirty. Homeless and drug people outside. Room smelled aweful. Bathroom was fithly. We checked in and left within 3 mins of walking into the room. Never again! Tried to be refunded but was denied.

Room was dirty, carpet was stained and filthy. It needed shampooing or replacement. Bath tub was dirty and the two bath towels were rock hard. Cigarette butter all over the grounds. The breakfast buffet consisted of tea Packets and instant grits packets.

No coffee at breakfast buffet, either, or fruit or cereal.

It was the WORST experience in my 58 years. WARNING!! Do not stay here!!! It was filthy! They put me in a room that obviously had not been cleaned and would not switch me to a clean room. Book at your risk! Don't say you weren't warned.

the friendly staff and the fact that it actually quiet around here at night vs other noisy hotels. very homey and i appreciate the breakfast every moringing.

needs better washer and dryers.

Room was dirty and had cockroaches everywhere. They had no coffee pot or pots to use like they should have. Pool was closed and staff was never at front desk. I couldn't even check out properly because staff member would not come to front desk even when.

Filthy rooms, animal poop everywhere around the property. Homeless people sleeping in the hallway and laundry room. Doors left propped open so anyone could come into the hotel.
