Requested no housekeeping but they did anyway when we have severe allergy child. And they must have thrown away my finger splint.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating, and welcomed me so kindly every time I came and went. I also liked that they offered really good coffee at all hours. One of the biggest selling points is that they do not charge extra for parking

The floor of the room is dirty and it was gross seeing my feet look so dirty. The sink area was also extremely small and I would have liked more counterspace

The location

The breakfast was mediocre. They gave us the wrong room the first night, and could not fix their mistake until the next day.

The customer service was excellent!

The room was not clean. It had a humid/musty smell as soon as we opened the door. The bathroom floor streaks of what seamed like a dirty mop. We were very disappointed.

Super clean from the lobby to the rooms, staff was so nice, friendly and accommodating. The location was close to downtown and a convenient plaza.

The rooms don¿t have microwaves which was a first for us but not a deal breaker.

The location was quite convenient to the event we were attending. It was easy to access directly from the highway and ahead of traffic congestion. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Hated the bed. It was the most uncomfortable bed that I have ever slept in; and it put me in so much pain that I am still hurting from it. It was extremely firm and I need a soft mattress.

The beds were extremely comfortable and centrally located to all the eateries shopping centers and outlet malls.

The room wasn¿t cleaned well. Hair and nail clippings on the floor. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Elevator carpet was beyond filthy and smelly.

We did not stay the night. Went downstairs to complain and no one was around. We packed and left then I saw someone outside smoking in a hidden spot.

Poor location freeway noise

The staff was very nice and helpful.

The air conditioner barely worked. You had to stand directly in front of it to feel any kind of breeze...we slept with only the sheets. Also there was only one face towel provided Other than that, I enjoyed the room

The power never went out.

(1) Beds hard as a rock. (2) Tub did not drain. (3) Did not bring us towels when asked for. (4) Something sticky all over the hair dryer. (5) Decor not updated since the 80's. (Maybe 90s.)

The hotel is not located by a university. The location is a bit sketchy - not at all pretty - definitely lacking charm. I did not feel unsafe - worked fine for a place to sleep.

The employees were so very nice and very accommodating. They went the extra mile to meet our needs.

I expected more from this hotel. It was not a 3-star hotel. It was older than I expected.

It is located near downtown. Easy to get to the sites. Very clean. Very friendly employees.

We chose a room for four people. the rooms are comfortable. But the beds are very small and not comfortable. Furniture and TV are very old.

Very clean room. Staff goes above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied. Free breakfast. Plenty of parking. Easy to get on/off interstate. This Fairfield is very well run and has been recently updated. Much nicer than other Fairfield's I have stayed

Not a very nice part of town (not the hotels fault).

Breakfast, and staff was friendly.

Most of the plugs were weak and our phone blocks kept falling out and my cpap plug kept falling out as well.

Clean up to date room with a good breakfast selection provided.

Towel provided was dirty, it had a used pad in it.

The staff were very accommodating and helped us to move to a quieter room when freeway noise interrupted our sleep.

While the location is nice for easy access to many venues, the noise from the nearby highway combined with a motorcycle rally that weekend made sleeping difficult.
