Pros +
- It was 15 minutes for our event. Thats the only positive.
- The location is good and the room is spacious, with a modern remodeled look.
- I did not stay there last week - 08/20/21 to 08/21/21.
Cons -
- Our room here was horrible. It smelled when we walked in. There were areas that were clearly unfinished and several baseboards that were peeling away from the wall. Burn holes in sheets and blankets. Dirty floors and bathroom. Not like the pics at all.
- Unfortunately, the room was full of roaches of all sizes, it was the first surprise I got when opening my room and turning the lights on. For a $--- night, It was bad. You need pest control.
- I did not stay there. The exterior/surrounding grounds were low in standards The clientele I viewed were "a little" scruffy The waitresses at their restaurant stated that They Would Not stay there. As a single elderly woman (76) I took their advis

The room was clean and the bed was awesome!
There were homeless people all over, the junk and trash was everywhere! They would not move off the stairs to let us buy! I had crawl over them to get to our room!!! The brain the shower came off in my hand and I nearly fell in the tub!
what i liked most about the hotel was the convenience it afforded me to be a short walk from gas stations and convenient stores as well as all Austin has to offer, the location is wat people call sketchy but I am an adult not a child
I didn't like the extra curricular activity that took place in the parking lot, being in such a limited space. However it didn't bother me because while I was there i was in my room.
The location is very nice! Very quick ride to downtown and also the same for driving North.
It's been a constant battle with roaches! I mean I pay pretty much $--- a day and have to constantly jump up and kill roaches that are running around due to my Wife being absolutely GROSSED OUT from them. I keep the room clean and take out trash often!
The area was great. There were no people hanging out or gathering.
No Breakfast and the Pool was closed.
Worst hotel I¿ve ever stayed in.
Very seedy. Location is behind a restaurant and has almost no parking. Very loud regulars that live there. Slum.
I get to my room after a 16hr drive and I'm thirsty. I had prev purchased a w liter soda knowing I was gettin dropped off. fridge out, walk to ice machine, no ice/vending! then go tell the guy and he has attitude, shower did not work and I felt unsafe
I stayed here a couple times and have always enjoyed it. The rooms are spacious and it's quiet
Fire alarm kept randomly going off
Room was nice and clean, newly remodeled.
The outside was still trashy and the neighborhood was not very good. Mostly men staying there.
Good beds and new pillows
Homeless people living on the stairs
The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. There were roaches in the room and holes in the walls. I prepaid for a weeks stay and had no idea how to get my money back so I could find somewhere cleaner to stay. This was the worst hotel I have ever been to.
Accessibility to different highways/roads.
Front desk lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. Did not know what she was doing and fully depended on colleague. Building says its non smoking but room smelled like cigarette smoke. Back parking was skeptical and there was a guy selling drugs.
The location was decent. Close commute to downtown.
The door didnâ≢t close all the way. The AC was not able to cool the whole room down. The bed sheets looked dirty. The walls were paper thin. The other guests were noisy. The staff struggled to check me in.
There was no Wi-Fi, the room is still very dirty, needles in the stairwells, and oily handprints still on the headboard from whoever was there before me. The room was cheap. But not as cheap as other hotels in the area
These rooms are all newly remodeled, or at least they were two years ago, since then the management has really let this place go downhill. It was dirty, dirty beyond believe, and I m not an overly clean person, but I wore socks the whole time in there.
The location was easy to get to and mostly in a convenient location
Our tv didn't work and was not fixed when reported and the shower head did not work so we were forced to only take baths
I did not make my reservation and called the next day after I scheduled it and no one would cancel the request or give me my money back, the reps on the phone were rude, I booked a room in advance to pay once I get there & was charged hours before check in
They gave me a room that reeked of cigarettes, so I called & they gave me a new one. The new one had a knife cut tear on the couch, which seemed liked someone got stab there. Then at 3 am cops arrived, blaring on their intercom for someone to get down.
It was a place to sleep
There was blood on the pillow and restroom wall there was stains all over both beds and roaches worst place to stay . . Would not recommend it
