This location is incredibly convenient, with a wonderful variety of dining and shopping spots nearby. Plus, the staff members are truly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist you!

The room was clean.
The Bed was very uncomfortable. I reported to the front desk she said the hotel was full they would bring me something to put over the mattress they never did. The carpet in the hotel is so dirty.

I had a short 1 night stay. Overall, it’s a pretty nice hotel. Staff was friendly, Breakfast was okay. There was Milk, Yogurt, Boiled Eggs, Cereal, & ham, egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches, a fruit pastry and apples. I wish there were more dairy free options such as oatmeal, but hey, it was free so I’m not really complaining. Again, overall it was a pretty good stay.
The room was relatively clean, except for the pull out table that slides under the desk on the wall that has the office chair. There were a few crumbs on that table so I know it hadn’t been wiped. With COVID it’s a little uncomfortable to see that a surface hadn’t been cleaned. But the rest of the room was pretty clean so I just assume that it was something that was missed due to it being a furniture item that hides underneath another item. It wasn’t enough to make me want to leave, or be upset or anything. Just wanted to share for future reference. Also the temperature dials on the air conditioner were VERY dusty. (Another thing to be mindful of when cleaning the room.)

The room was clean
Our reservation could not be found and we were left waiting over half an hour for a room. We even showed confirmation numbers and proof of payment. Our dinner was cold by the time we got a room. The room had two full beds instead of the king we booked.
