Bed & pillows were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly at check in. Hotel employee was very knowledgeable about things to do around w/2 teenagers. He recommended many places that we could visit during our stay in Austin places not found on google.
using the elevator by the front desk felt as if they were watching you any time you passed by. Also the pool was too small for this hotel pools location in front did not like everyone can see when they check in. sofa bed mattress was uncomfortable
The room was nice and had more then I thought.
I only experienced one minor negative obstinate in my stay. The A/C had some sort of rafddle coming from that closet. Wasn't a big issue, i didn't mind a little noise.
VERY CLEAN, NEW OR NEWLY RENOVATED. WAS CLOSE TO THE DOMAIN, LOTS OF RESTAURANTS AND BARS.
BREAKFAST DINING AREA WAS A LITTLE SMALL, HARD TO GET A TABLE AND CONGESTED, BUT NOT THAT BIG A DEAL.
The Residence Inn Austin Domain opened in late 2016 and is an exceptional property. I travel often and this is among my top preferred 3-star hotels in the Austin area. Everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations.
