I love the cleanliness of it the employees are always super nice and tender mainly the young guy he's phenomenal today stuff is kind of rude but overall it's a good

The only problem that I had is I dropped something on the floor after me and my husband had gone to bed I've bent over to pick it up and there was a huge water bug right at the item that I had dropped I also have a picture of it to back this up staff know

I like the kitchenette and the size of the room. Plenty of desk space for working.

There are hotplates available for the rooms but they are induction only. That means it takes a particular kind of pan to work. And with no instructions, it isn't easy to operate correctly. In 4 days, our room was never cleaned.

Hotel staff was nice.

Breakfast was pretty much all gone at least a hour before it was over. By 8:30 most items were gone. Kids were running around everywhere and super loud.

The free fruit and complimentary breakfast was nice.

They falsely advertised an airport shuttle and a hot tub. They had neither¿ the pool was dirty and so was the floor in the room. We had to pay for a $75 Uber to get to the airport. We only booked this hotel for the airport shuttle and hot tub.

- Good location with easy access to 183. - Hot breakfast

- Had to re-program my keys twice during the stay. - Wifi drops easily.

It was close to highway and some restaurants

The 1st room they put us in didn't have a working toilet and the bathroom door was falling of it's tracks and wouldn't slide. The whole place, including our room smelled of cigarette smoke mixed with chemicals. They locked us out of our room every day.

A++ on everything except the breakfast needs attention as it is not up to the normal Home2 Suites standards.

The breakfast needs the normal variety a Home2 Suites offers including the juice bar not being closed.

My car was broken into. Window smashed and many items stolen including cash. I went into the hotel looking for help and was told at the front desk.."yeah, that happens here". I went into the parking lot to the security truck and was "nothing we can do"

We had dishware in our room, good shower, and the staff were there when we needed them. Breakfast was a little lackluster, but it was consistent.

The outside furniture was not covered with a roof, making rainy days a little less functional.

Bed was super comfy and is close to places to ear and entertainment.

They never have diet drink options in the "mini shop" and the OJ is always out (during breakfast).

spacious & clean room, full refrig, comfy beds, quiet (no noise from street), lots of space to put our gear, decent free breakfast, free internet and free parking. Near shopping strip mall and huge grocery store.

Our stay was 7 nites. After 1st nite,the door would not lock. Handyman could not repair so we switched rooms. 2nd room had a clogged sink and very loose toilet seat, but guy came and fixed both quickly. Light under microwave was broken. Could do w/out it

Loved the room size & the kitchen was great.

Breakfast could definitely use improvement! Did not have a good selection of items. Guest were having trouble finding trays to put their food on & staff was not helpful with this matter.

The cleanliness and spacious rooms staff was very friendly.

The breakfast was not what I have come to expect at a Hotel like this. It was clean but lacked substance! The omelettes were dry and not enough choices of food no potatoes or sausage no other eggs

The managers, night and morning, were highly professional. Any Fortune 500 company would be compelled to hire these ladies. I believe the day manager¿s first name began with V, I regrets forgetting her name.

The hotel is perfectly designed for the business traveler. It is clean. The room was spacious. The bed was cofortable. Breakfast was outstanding. Staff was kind and courteous. Free parking. Pool (cold weather not used) and exercise facilities available.

WiFi was too weak - needs booster.

The Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was new and contemporary which I like.

The walls are a little thin and fixtures not sturdy. Breakfast could be better.

Staff was wonderful. Friendly and very accommodating Allowed guests to join us at the pool. Rooms were clean, very comfortable and roomy.

The front desk staff was friendly and very willing to work with us.

Multiple outlets not working, 1 of the lamps didn’t work either, & walls are thin. We traveled with our one year old daughter, & because she cried someone from a room next to us began banging on our wall hysterically & screamed ‘SHUT UP’ at our daug

Homey and very friendly hotel employee at the front desk was very warm and welcoming! The lady in the morning was very nice we were rushing to be out on time and she gave us 30 extra minutes which was nice not to have to worrie

price was high but worth it
