Comfy clean room. Good breakfast with nice space to eat and relax.

Reception staff were generally helpful, but not very knowledgeable, and there was a big mixup over hidden refundable charges.

Staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. I also liked that there was free parking around the hotel.

We loved the walkable location in east Austin

We were on the first floor by an exit door that was opening and closing and slamming all night

View of downtown was great from the 5th floor. Rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. Lot's of options on the breakfast as well.

Clean and a good location...

The food was just ok. The eggs were watery and the omelets rubbery and the fruit tasteless. The fire alarm went off twice during our stay. Once at 2:30 am

The staff was very accommodating and let us check in early. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was quiet.

I can't think of anything

The hotel is great and the location is amazing, right at the beginning of the 6th street. It was super comfortable and has a gym and all you need. Parking is easy to find around.

The breakfast could have been better.

The location was amazing right next to 6th street. Very walkable. Staff was hella friendly. Breakfast had a million options.

They charged me for late checkout. Not a big deal, but I wish I didn’t have to pay $30 extra on a Monday when I’m sure it wasn’t full.

Great location just east of Austin Centre, and a short drive from the stadium. Breakfast was a decent selection consisting of make your own waffles, breads and muffins, yoghurts and fruits, and a small selection of hot supplements. There was also a small self check out convenience store with drinks, snack snacks, and medicines, perfect for late night items. Room was clean and spacious, with air conditioning. Would stay here again.

Children loved the pool and breakfasts.

Pool was still being cleaned half an hour after it said it opened.

It was very clean, the staff were friendly and the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. It’s close to restaurants and bars but it’s not noisy at night.

They tried to charge me for parking even though I didn’t have my car. They did fix the mistake after I saw the charge on my bill.

Location is near downtown. Breakfast is rich and tasty. Pool is nice especially for children entertainment. Lobby and seating is comfortable and welcoming with coffee always ready for clients.

The cost of the parking, it's $35, I was aware about the cost, so I can't complain of not knowing. Even though, I believe is too expensive for the night.

The only thing is that the thermostat light is very bright at night. Had to use something to cover up the brightness. Other than that everything eas great.
