Nice breakfast, helpful staff, comfortable bed

Workout room smelled very moldy. Did not use due to smell Room keys/locks were upgraded during our stay and we came back to find our room unlocked with the door ajar. The desk staff had erroneously been informed that all rooms were completed

The hotel is worn and tired. The beds are old and uncomfortable and the linens and pillows are gray and don?t feel clean and crisp. The color scheme in the rooms is depressing and the place is generally uncomfortable. Access from the street is a danger.

I like that a small refrigerator and microwave were available. The included breakfast with omelettes was good and you could make your own waffles. Clean. Free parking.

Construction on the freeway in front of the hotel makes it dangerous to find passage into the parking lot. I was disappointed that a makeup mirror was not available. The mattress was not as comfy as I had hoped.

I chose this hotel because it was very close to the New Year's Eve party we were attending. We had a delightful stay, regardless of the location though. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, room was super nice and clean.

I was there for a wedding. The hotel was close to the venue & the staff were nice.

On Saturday the day of the wedding the water was off due to maintenance without any notification. I had to have an employee adjust the shower to be able access it in a handicap accessible room.

Biggest issue isn't hotel's fault. Construction on street makes finding road to hotel very hard to find, especially in the dark. Hotel pillows are too soft - not enough neck support.

Construction in front of the hotel made it difficult to enter and exit the one entrance that was still open. Door key did not work most of the time either. Pet policy/deposit was not disclosed online or during the booking process.

Employee at the front desk was great.

There was no sign at the dirt road entrance, because of road construction. Very difficult to find entrance, especially at night.

Clean, quiet, friendly staff.

There was a lot of construction going on around the hotel making the navigation a bit more difficult.

Easy on and off interstate, great breakfast, and super friendly staff. Even other people staying there were friendly and curteous

Fantastic breakfast. Clean. Fast Wi-Fi. Friendly staff. Great main areas and TV to eat dinner and watch the game. Close to downtown and Drip.

The staff were extremely friendly

The refrigerator in our room had leaked at one time which caused water damage and left a huge musty mold odor. Did not want to move our luggage into another room so we sprayed disinfectant to control the odor. I used my backpack to keep the door closed.

The driveway in to the hotel was hard to see. It¿s currently under road construction. I passed it and had to circle back.

The air conditioner did not work! The room was super hot. With two small kids and parents, it was a humid and sweaty room. Maintenance came and checked, but said no other rooms available and no parts to fix it.

I couldn¿t stay there. National Emergency in Texas. You guys won¿t even refund my card!!!! No Power, no water, roads are shut down!!! And you guys are taking advantage of my money!!!!!!!!!!

Very friendly staff

The first room that I was put in smelled like smoke so I switched to another one. Even though there was a kitchenette, you had to ask for a coffee maker, and cups!
