- internet availability, breakfast, courteous front desk, facilities in pretty good shape inside room, $250 deposit held is nuts! could view junk/maintenance problems from rear parking lot area- needs cleaned up and not visible to guests in back exterior
- Price was right, beds were comfortable, breakfast and parking included.

- bed too soft, maintenance man scared me in bathroom upon opening up the door, room not real clean, bare minimum cleaning, nothing smelled fresh, bottom inside of bathroom door needs fixed from water damage or a dog chewed it?
- Cleanliness of the room wasn?t great, toilet didn?t flush well, AC rattled.
