Amazing location and waterfront views

Traffic around hotel was horrendous. Very limited room service

The bed was great! The size of the room was very spacious and clean. The on-site restaurant was delicious and the cafe was very convenient for coffee in the morning.

Everything was great. No complaints here.

Design, quality of the bedding, towels, fridge. Good gym with sufficient equipment. Staffs are helpful.

No slipper and essential bathroom kits. I asked for slippers when I arrived the room but the hotel said they run out off it. I stayed there for three days and did not get to use them. The house keeping also do didn’t give the new vanity kits and shower cap.

1 king bed only. 1 roll-a-bed offered and used but 2 queens would have been better. Lots more choices for food in the other side of the River. We were in 2nd floor and road noise was noticeable.

The spa is not close to the gym. Gym should have steam showers too or sauna to use

There is zero parking at the hotel and they force you to pay $60/night for valet. The parking situation in all of Austin is absurd, including this Hotel, other than that everything was great

The staff was friendly, and our room had stunning views of Lady Bird Lake. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring downtown Austin, and we enjoyed the delicious on-site dining. Highly recommended for an unforgettable experience in this vibrant city

The street noise is VERY loud unless you have a room away from the street, Lamar. These are the basic rooms so you need to upgrade to avoid having a room with extremely loud traffic noise.

New and modern hotel, great room, spacious and with comfortable bed. Very nice staff and great valet. Highly recommended. Great value for money.

It was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I was charged for the mini bar and don’t know why. Did not want to valet had no choice. Letting valet park your car was the only option.

I do wish there was water access for each floor instead of having go downstair.

Lovely and comfortable rooms, great gym, excellent location, modern, and nice ambiance.

The hallways are a bit dark. If was 20% less dark it’d be ideal.
