Nice location for our purposes. Comfortable hotel.

Two things: first, the A/C is horrible. The unit is noisy and often cold. Too hard to manage. The food set up is not at all customer friendly. The front desk staff writes up little tickets for every muffin. The range of food available is pretty meager.

I enjoyed the cabana beds at the pool and the hot tub

The bed is very soft and uncomfortable, the pillows are also very soft and my head just sunk down into it without any support. The cleaning agents have a very strong scent, I'm already sensitive to scents so it triggered headaches.

It was clean, in a good location, comfortable, kind employees.

We like the style and atmosphere of this property. It’s comfortable and the staff is friendly.

One of the elevators wasn’t working - not a big deal, but made things a little slower. And of course, it’s pricey, but that’s Austin.

If you are deaf or a hard sleeper it would be a great place, was able to hear folks fight and tv next door.

The parking and the party environment the first night there. Was not expecting that.

The hotel has modern, contemporary vibe with pared down room decor and an optional breakfast, featuring a variety of breakfast sandwiches, waffles, taco, and oatmeal priced from around $5-$10 each. The lobby/lounge has a bar, pool table and fun decor, making it a relaxing place to hang out.

Like many hotels, the bedding is basically a sheet with a heavy duvet. Too warm without a lot of AC, even in winter.

We liked the pillows and comforters. The staff was great. But there was no real breakfast— just pre boxed tasteless stuff. We wish there had been a cook to order breakfast.

We were in 521 and couldn’t make the lower shower work. When it finally came on I was drenched. It was terrible. The sink needs a light over it for men to shave. We needed a bath mat and didn’t have one. Towels were stiff.

It was clean and fairly conveniently located. Room was as expected. The room had a nice small refrigerator.

The lobby was quite loud like they were trying to give off a mini nightclub vibe. The fragrance they infused into the lobby was over powering.
