Everything about it was great. Super friendly staff, great location, comfy bed, spacious room

Clean hotel room and great location

No breakfast. Just fresh fruit, coffee/tea and water bottles. For 300$ a night I wish it offered a little more for the guests.

No vent in the bathroom, rooms too small and no closet. Too high of a price.

Not the hotel's fault. Street racing and cars revving there engines all thru the night. Was woken up multiple times due to the noise.

Good location. Close to high end stores. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

I prepaid for a King room, but when we checked in, they only had queens, very unhappy.

The bathroom was very dark and a little grimey. Also it was loud in the hall and could be heard in the room.

They were nice during check in.

Its supposed to be a dog friendly hotel but apparently you have tomake due your dog doesn't bark AT ALL because then therelol charge you fines without knowing.

Location was the only thing.

This is a 2 star hotel. TV didn't work.The business center was a joke.The printer never worked & I needed to print my presentation.During my 4 night stay, they knew I needed a working printer and never could get it work.Breakfast was horrible. Loud guests

Rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The parking garage where the upper floors were designated for hotel guests was all full in the evening. There are nearby bars and clubs- no regulation for the parking spots reserved for the hotel. Extremely frustrating.

The room had small details that looked poorly done. Roof looked like it was drooping, old paint around trim was visible

rooms are extremely noisy!!! Doesn't even seem like you have a wall between you and your neighbor. I could hear everything happening in the halls and every conversation next door to me. While location is awesome I will never stay here again.

The room was extremely noisy and the walls were paper thin. You can hear footsteps above you and toilets flushing in other rooms. Also, we heard every AC and heating unit, including our own go off and on all night. It was no where near quiet.

Location and cleanliness. I liked knowing that the hotel security would respond to issues because they did in middle of the night.

Hotel security had to respond to an issue on our floor at a room close to ours. Later the police had to respond to the issue. This made for a restless night sleep for us and probably several others on the 2nd floor. I do appreciate the issue being handled

Room was clean, free valet parking

The room was really small and felt more like a dorm room, pool was extremely small and right next to a parking lot...definitely do not book if you are wanting some pool time.

How can there not be complimentary breakfast?????????!!! It's absurd.Some staff members were smug for no apparent reason. Pool was way too small.The breakfast thing really pisses me off.

Modern amenities and look, clean and sturdy furniture.

Receptionist not very helpful or accommodating.
