Newly renovated, very spacious and clean.

Quiet, clean, low traffic, plentiful parking, great coffee, wonderful room.

The STAFF at Atwell are Very Bland people...both day, night and morning. Just not the most welcoming and definitely didn't make any customers feel like they cared about much of anything. We spoke to others while there. Lastly, the BREAKFAST needs help.

The room was very clean. I would have given higher overall rating if there wasn't construction going on. The website said the hotel had been renovated in Nov 2022. I didn't expect to see on going construction.

This hotel was in the process of being renovated. An alternative entry and service desk were in place. I believe the price should have been reduced due to the construction activity.

No ADA rooms available No proper ADA parking Staff/Management offered no solution My Husband is a double amputee. He did not have access to Restroom in the room. He had to go to 1st floor common Restroom to do his business and brush teeth and wash

The hotel was clean and the staff was really kind

The hotel offers on the website hot buffet breakfast; nevertheless, they have reduced options. Only orange as fruit and only biscuits to microwave. NO HOT BUFFET AT ALL.The reason I chose this hotel was because of the hot buffet breakfast. Period!

We went to pull out the sleeper sofa and there was mouse poop everywhere on the mattress and cushions. We went and told them and they were nice enough to move us rooms. But I won¿t stay here again.

Asked for towel and staff said they would take care of it, they didn't and it was late. No hot breakfast as promised only cold and pathetic at best.

The hot tub was big and clean and the room was on the first floor with plenty of sleeping areas

The front desk clerk was so kind and went above and beyond for us after we arrived late due to issues from our flight. You can tell this is an older hotel, but it was clean and had everything we needed. Location was conveniently near airport.

Yes, I didn¿t like the room as much, they need to update , knobs on sink and shower that were so hard to shut off, lighting was very low by sink to do my make up and they need to have more elevators, only two were at the lobby area and hard to get one

Staff was very friendly. The hotel is an older hotel but, clean and kept up. Didn't really care for the location.

Shower curtain had substance on it ,dirty had to call front desk for new clean shower curtain

road construction in the area did affect times to drive to and from some events in the city.

Yes. I complained to the hotel the bed pillows where dirty. Smelt of body-odor. They have not contacted me to discuss. Very this disappointed.
