- Bed was super comfortable! Slept very well. Appreciate that they offered bar snacks at the hotel.
- Quiet, clean, low traffic, plentiful parking, great coffee, wonderful room.
- The room was very clean. I would have given higher overall rating if there wasn't construction going on. The website said the hotel had been renovated in Nov 2022. I didn't expect to see on going construction.
Cons -
- The STAFF at Atwell are Very Bland people...both day, night and morning. Just not the most welcoming and definitely didn't make any customers feel like they cared about much of anything. We spoke to others while there. Lastly, the BREAKFAST needs help.
- This hotel was in the process of being renovated. An alternative entry and service desk were in place. I believe the price should have been reduced due to the construction activity.
- No ADA rooms available No proper ADA parking Staff/Management offered no solution My Husband is a double amputee. He did not have access to Restroom in the room. He had to go to 1st floor common Restroom to do his business and brush teeth and wash
