Special place very refined environment. Helpful staff

At room rates parking should be less than 30 a night.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The menu was very good. I loved the inside and outside seating areas.

When I asked a question about the inability to make a left out of the driveway, one of the front desk people didn't even realize that was not allowed. NOTE... The bushes need to be trimmed, so the sign can be seen. The night tables are metal, which makes it very noisy, putting anything down.

Very updated and clean.

TV didn’t work when we arrived. Even after it being fixed it didn’t work again the next day. There are no phones and we were given a number and a text number. After the tv was addressed on Friday we could never get anyone by phone or text. The staff at the front beside who checked us in were BOTHERED when asked for anything. The person who checked us in was amazing and set a great first impression

Loved the property, spacious rooms, and over feel. Great location. Food truck made excellent micas breakfast tacos, and coffee shop was great too!

The whole vibe of the hotel is fantastic! Very clean, free electrolytes with water, nice staff, great cocktail and coffee at the bar.

The location was serene and safe.The ambience was quite elevated with a lovely homely bar, gym and even a library/ lounge.Will certainly be coming back

The location was phenomenal. The atmosphere was really nice.

The walls were a little thin, and noise from the hallway and other rooms was easily heard.

Amazing place and our room had great amenities and infra. Location is good - fairly close to the busy areas, but not at walking distance. Surroundings don’t have much other than an HEB.

We felt the room wasn’t properly clean. After feel hours we could see our socks/feet really gathering dirty. Improved after talking at front desk - but clearly the rug is really dirty and that won’t improve with the regular cleaning.

Beautiful hotel within walking distance to H‑E‑B, coffee, and other Congress gems. The decor is beautiful, the kitchenette was well stocked, and the staff were very friendly.

One part of the hotel faces a 24 hour laundromat which is where we were located. Unfortunately, it was quite noisy including dogs barking while tied to a pole while the owner did laundry. Otherwise, a great stay.

That you have to pay for parking. It’s onsite and feels like it should be included.

Beds were comfy, nice amenities, everything clean.

We got there late and staff was outstanding! He welcomed us and filled us in on what is nearby and where to grab a glass of wine for the room. He let us know almost anything we wanted was within walking distance, in addition to their own facilities. The kitchenette in room was far beyond expectations.

I would not say this hotel would be known for its pool area-a bit small and out of the way. We had to go a long way to get ice. Great otherwise!

Absolutely nothing

Very nice decor very clean Brandon was amazing very knowledgeable and friendly. Had almost everything we needed. Very roomy rooms and will definitely book again. Beds were comfy. We rented a 2 br suite and it was like a small apartment! We loved it!

No ice machines near us had to walk all the way back to the front of the hotel which is quite a ways. The living room had no curtain which felt weird because the security guy at HEB stayed parked at the top of the parking garage next door! Ordered pizza had to go all the way back to the front of the hotel. I was woken up at 3 am from the loud trucks dropping off food at HEB. All the way til after 6 am. Made a video showed the front desk clerk. Nothing was done. Oh well. Will still prolly book again but will ask to book a closer room!

The hotel was really nice couldn’t really fault it the shower gel was amazing. Ethan was amazing made my stay so much better

They need a bell boy or someone designated to help with luggage. Bathrobe and slippers is something I would expect from a hotel of this standard

I had a really nice stay and although it’s not right in the middle of SoCo, it’s close enough that getting there was quick and easy as was getting to other parts of the city. There is also an HEB next door if you forgot anything. The room was super comfortable, clean, and felt bigger than I expected for a studio. I loved having a kitchen, and the bathroom was a nice size with a great shower.The sunsets from the room were gorgeous, even if the view itself overlooked a motel parking lot. The overall space just felt welcoming and stylish, and I really appreciated how relaxing it was to come back to after being out in Austin.

The staff that checked me in was fine, not really engaging. I wish that they would have informed me about the elevators - you need to know which one os closest to your room and park accordingly. I didn't have any other contact with staff.

The coffee shop and breakfast tacos were outstanding, just outside was a very nice and quaint little patio under the huge trees. This is definitely a little hidden gem on South Congress.

Initially I thought the AC fan wasn't working. However, it was just very quiet. The room cooled down nicely after using the thermostat correctly!
