It was minutes away from event I was attending. The room was clean and welcoming.

Valet fees are ridiculous: $55 per night, really? The room was nice but the walls must be paper thin so if you have loud neighbors - i did - good luck with falling asleep.

Hotel is located in a great location downtown

Valet is $50 a day which is ridiculous!!!! I suggest parking on the street it's cheaper and if you plan to be out during the day you'll save money because it's free between 6pm-8am. There's also a security deposit of $75 a night so keep that in mind.

Beds were good

Yes. The phone, tv and outlets didnt work. Yes all three and they said they would send someone up to address it which they didnt. Couldnt even call the front desk. Had to use cell phone.

Hotel staff allowed the valet service to harass and intimidate us into using them.

Valet parking was 49 dollars a night. This extra fee was not disclosed when booking. Valet was aggressive and barely allowed us to unload they were upset we chose to not use them. We found parking a block away for 20 bucks

The room is pretty nice, clean spacious, quality furniture and nice decoration It was great having microwave, fridge and coffee machine, which made my stay so much more. Enjoyed the comfortable bed and pillow. Full size toiletries was even better.

The front staff could be more attentive to the desk and answer phone calls.

The valet service was terrible. I waited for 30 mins on the day of my departure . I paid more daily for the valet than I did the actual rental so it was super disappointing to not have stellar service

It was bad experience which I never had since I have been this country. I got bedbugs bites, both my arms. I love traveling and I love your Hilton hotels.

I was given a room with a connected door to another room which was occupied by a guest who played TV late into the night EXTREMELY LOUDLY till 1 AM. Front desk took no action in response to my first call at midnight. Also waiting on refund for first night

Good value and location. Friendly staff.

Quite noisy. Construction just feet away from the window, and thin walls. I could hear the person in the adjoining room cough much of the night and every person passing in the hall. Cheap construction, I'm guessing. Also, this part of Austin is noisy.

The location was great, walkable to downtown and to campus.

The hotel staff neglected to perform turn-down service, and when we requested it, they said the cleaning staff was gone for the day, so we were left with dirty sheets.

We I came back to the room in the afternoon, the room was not cleaned. When I inquired, they said that they should have asked during check in if you wanted housekeeping and no one did. They did offer to take care of the room then.

I loved the location! It was near everything I wanted to go to. I was able to walk or scooter anywhere I wanted!

No, the bartender(a guy) could have been a bit better but overall it was great!

Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were large, clean and with great views. The lobby bar was nice and the roof top area was great. The location was close to everything and easy to navigate.

The valet was short staffed but very nice about it and worked hard to take care of everyone in a timely fashion.
