Large, comfortable room. Had an iron and ironing board, which I needed. Nice waffles for breakfast

Hotel is advertised on yours and their website as having free shuttle to airport which is why we booked it. There is no shuttle service anymore and this shouldn¿t be advertised as such. That¿s false advertising

It was quiet. Close to restaurants and a coffee place.

The room had bottle caps under bed which made me question just how well it was cleaned. I stayed at a Hampton in Phoenix at the end of August that was very well maintained for cleanliness including air purifier in room and saran wrapped remotes.

Got rid of shuttle service during Covid. And booked this hotel to use the shuttle service.

I found bed bugs in my bed and they moved me to a new room without an apology and made it seem like it was my fault. I noticed multiple bug bites on my arms and legs the second And third dayS of my stay and couldn’t not continue the Last night.

Rooms a little out dated..Staff was ok, Need more multi cultural staff members on board..

updated, room interiors are modern and clean.

Staff was very pleasant. Our room was clean, and the lobby and breakfast area was spacious. Breakfast was excellent.

There was a malfunction with the fire alarm and we were awaken at 3:00 am to the fire alarm.

I made three room reservations and they only had one room available

Our room was right above an outdoor light.The curtains ared in place,unable to close over the sheers.I saw red every time I faced that direction.Compromised my sleep in a very comfortable bed.Result:7 room and overall since we were there to sleep.

Great location for track events, and not too far from downtown. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was pretty standard fare, but quite good.

I didn't really have any complaints.

Cleanliness

Breakfast was terrible. Styrofoam plates.....really? That is amazingly cheap. Huge skip was outside room window. Each morning at around 5am the skip was emptied, with that it road works took place.
