Pros +

• location was the only thing good. There was a club next to our patio and we heard all the noise until after last call at 2am this was definitely nota good stay.
• The unit itself is spacious, clean and had everything we might need for our stay. Location is in the heart of Austin's lively east side neighborhood and plenty of options to walk to bars, restaurants and breweries.
• It was clean and spacious.

Cons -

• I did not like that information for entering the building was not sent to my email. It was so difficult getting in. The water in the shower had no water pressure part of the shower was broken and no maintenance until Monday on are check out day.
• Checking in on a Friday or Saturday night is impossible - no street parking anywhere to be found, so you can't get your key or garage pass (which is an extra fee). Had to pay to park elsewhere. And your patio overlooks a 2am bar patio, so enjoy the music!
• We only stayed one out of the four nights booked. The noise is location is not tolerable unless you are in college or can sleep in a frat house. I was on vacation and not being able to sleep at 4am because the party never stops there is beyond annoying.
