Pillows need upgrades Breakfast is lacking

I reserved a wheelchair accessible room a couple of days prior to my reservation because I am in a wheelchair. The hotel never contacted me to verify if it was okay for them to move me to a standard room. We ended up cancelling our stay.

Safe and quiet are always my 1 and 2. This one was both.

A little further out than I usually like to to drive. Traffic is heavy in the afternoon to get there.

Clean room and facility. Attractive lay-out. Relatively quiet given its proximity to major roadway (highway 183).

If kitchen is provided in room it would be better

The young man who works at the front desk during the afternoon acknowledged me when I told him my room wasn¿t cleaned for 4 nights

How I spend ----$ and for the first 4 nights my room never got taking cared of. Had towels piled up and had to go to front seat to get more towels

Simple room layout with no clutter. The hotel floorplan is simple so finding the room is easy. (The hotel is not a maze.) Easy access to the main highway and free parking also helps. Free breakfast was quite good and easy to get.

No room safe for storing a computer or other valuables. TV software isn't well designed. No preview picture-in-picture and channel selection is a long scroll through a *very* long list. The simplified remote is great, but the user interface fails it

Clean, decent location, friendly staff and good breakfast.

Need to go to the lobby to get hot water.

Thin Walls Elevator noise carried into room it make a noise like a bug zapper

New, clean, very happy with the room, no complaints whatsoever.

Breakfast buffet ran out of entrees, had to wait several minutes. Quality of food was mediocre.

Design. Hangers on wall. Great pressure and temperature in shower.

No room space to open my luggage. Soap on dispenser to wash your hands is very uncomfortable.

Being and looking fairly new.

The floors in the room were not mopped. They were sticky in some places as well. I wear white socks and in a matter of a few steps, they turned just about black. Bathroom as well. For breakfast, there was no one cleaning the tables when people were done.

THE PRICE WAS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS DUE TO THE RACE IN TOWN.

It was nice and quiet which I loved. Location overall was perfect.

The pillows. Thee worst pillows on the face of the earth. I felt like I was laying on the floor I slept awful. I came back from my trip super sore. I literally almost went to target to buy new ones cause it was just that bad. No support whatsoever.

The pillows were terrible as they were newer but no support The water was too soft as it was hard to get soap off just needs a little tweaking to be a perfect hotel

Comfortable bed, free wifi.

Staff didn't seem too enthusiastic to help.

It¿s a great place for a quick overnight stay. Not a lot of frills, but it¿s comfortable and the staff was very nice. The location is close to the Mopac and not far from I35 so it¿s pretty well situated for getting around Austin.

After breakfast never make coffe again . Not hot water, microwave super dirty ¿¿don¿t even can think used

The hotel is beautiful. Ice machines near room. Wonderful staff. Beautiful rooms. Large shower, comfortable bed and pillows.pool table, games, and magazines in lobby. Great continental breakfast.

There are snacks and drinks set out which are apparently charged to your room but there is no sign that says this.
