TownePlace Suites by Marriott Austin Northwest/The Domain Area

Clean

Since last visiting this hotel, they charge for parking; about $10 a night.

They charged me for parking even though they asked me if I was parking and I said no.

Very clean. Good amenities in the room. Really good shower.

Breakfast could have more options. It would be great if they had free shuttle to the domain mall.

Very friendly staff, clean and quiet.

Nothing really in walking distance.

room design and furnishings, newer, location, front desk staff, some covered parking, multiple elevators, bathroom, kitchen area, view

NO internet access even with spending time on phone with tech; bad beds, housekeeper knocked on door at 9am!; no private cards to place on exterior door handle; breakfast not too great; eggs, yogurt, etc. ran out over hour before closing

The rooms were extremely clean! The staff was also extremely courteous! I thought the 24/7 coffee available was fantastic -- and when i thought that it was a little old, the staff asked me to wait for a short period time and brought out a fresh carafe!

The location is not immediately close to any nearby areas -- but personally, I appreciated the fact that it was a nice, clean, quiet location!

Clean bathroom and good breakfast and good friendly service

Parking was a little weird. Crowded but that's not because everyone had big cars.

Clean and appeared to have a good breakfast but we couldn't stay for that.

Everything was fine until we tried to sleep. There is some kind of smoke detector right over the bed with a bright white flash every 6-7 seconds. We tried to sleep but around 3am we gave up and decided to check out since we couldn't sleep.

Clean, modern and great location

very clean, nice and new. solid fitness center

Free breakfast and free parking. Nice check in staff. Nice dining table.

Water pressure, not as hot water, and water from shower didn't have clean feeling.

The staff, location, and comfort were all superb!

Size of the room. Mattress comfy. Quiet. New and clean.

Breakfast was a little boring.

The TownePlace on braker was absolutely AMAZING. The staff was some of the best I have met. They corrected the problem that the TownePlace on tech boulevard did to Me. They went up and beyond. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location

The TownePlace on tech was AWFUL. starting with the front desk to the parking lot. It was nothing but stressful and horrible. However the TownePlace on braker was extreme opposite. They were so amazing to everyone I had with me. So amazing

Location cleanliness and the kindness of the staff Security guard patrols the parking lot at night

Location, cleanliness and breakfast

Room were very small, no lotions or body care were provided.

Location and cleanliness as well as the amenities

New, clean, great staff, really nice breakfast, well lt parking

A little hard to get into but once you learn it it¿s easy

Location

Staff was inattentive. I waited 10 minutes on arrival for someone to come to the desk

Great staff and location. Breakfast had lots of good options. Shower was great.

Room was very small for 3 people.
