The location.

My hotel room had a timed motion sensor. After sitting in the room for 20 minutes, the lights would automatically go off. The front desk personnel was unable to help me with this, and offered no suggestions to fix the problem.

Clean and location

Parking garage was for hotel guest only. Hotel guest visitors could not park.

The staff clearly wanted guests to have a great experience. Enriching was clean. We had a problem with our AC cooling sufficiently. George clearly cared about it, and had it fixed for our second night.

I am very allergic to fragrances. The sheets/pillow cases had been laundered with something that included fragrance. This made sleeping very difficult, as the scent is right up to my face. No hotels should use fragrances, as many have allergies these days

I loved that the hotel is close to a lot of good spots and not far from 6th street, parking is great , the bartender was amazing and friendly , the girl at the counter as well was very helpful and detailed on instructions.

Everything was wonderful no complaints here.

The lobby

The bed linen was not changed at all. The room smelled nasty as soon as you walk in the room. The pillows smelled like sweat and has hairs and has not been changed. I asked for new pillows with pillow cases and smelled completely different. T

Continental breakfast was not included and it didn¿t specify that when I booked the room. Not only was it not included, the price per person was too expensive. The coffee pot in the room didn¿t work.

Close to the Domain

I could hear street and hallway noise. I was glad I brought my ear plugs.

Very nice, very clean and free parking. Beds were also very comfortable.

Loved the lobby and snack shop. Super convenient for guests. Very nice. Brand new.

It was clean, free parking, comfortable room, spacious.

Male housekeeper walked into my room while I was showering. It was still 10:30am and check out time is 11:00 am. . I called and complained to the front desk, the girl didn¿t seemed to care much.

The hotel overall was excellent. We especially liked the parking garage and the safety of securing the elevator with having to use your room key to get to your room floor.

We were extremely upset that we had to pay for our continental breakfast. We paid for 4 nights stay all together and no free breakfast. We had to go elsewhere for breakfast. $15 a person for just juice/ milk, cereal, and toast/bagels is outrageous.

Location was great. Was going to game at Q2 and it was a very short walk. Has a parking garage that is free for guests only. Room was very clean and spacious. Staff very nice.

Bed was a bit firm. Not the worst thing in the world.

This is a four-star combination hotel. The room is beautiful it has some of the finest accommodations and shower.for even a 4-star.

I would probably not stay at this hotel again because the air-conditioning is controlled I believe by a main frame. I set my unit on 68° because I like it cold and in the middle of the night it will not turn on because it is controlled by something else.

Great location for the price of the room. The hotel was recently built, had that paint/ plaster smell (we did not mind). The employees are friendly and when asked for directions or places of interest, they would recommend good areas.

This hotel was rather nice. Everything was neat and tidy, and the amenities were pretty good.

We were not told that the room key was needed to access our floor from the elevator (another guest showed us that) and there seemed to be a mix-up where someone else had a keycard to our room. Luckily the bolt was latched and the door didn't open...
