Shower was very small, like a matchbox and no bar soap at the sink.

Service level is exceptional. The property is very clean and luxurious. Olga in the restaurant was fantastic and there are too many wonderful staff to name each one but a big shout out to staff and management for 5 star service.

The room was really nice and the hotel was clean.

There was construction outside my window. When I asked to switch rooms the one staff told me this was the room I was assigned. Also, although it was walkable there it didn?t feel like the best and safest part of the city to walk in.

Unexpected $75 deposit from which they took $20 (reason never provided). I assume the $20 was for parking or the purportedly free bottle of water (listed in amenities but with a $5 tag) or I used the coffee machine. Again, don't know.

The front staff, I think was excellent, extremely helpful, provided a very personalized service, the main reason I scored high on all the points, plan to stay again because of him. Very clean excellent location & rooms, one of the best hotels in Austin

Only reason low rate two items was the last day Lena staff I think, asked for late check out knew told to wait in lobby with our stuff not as helpful, I understand they were busy but saw rooms still available, especially after staying for several days.

We walked to our concert at the moody center. Located right near campus.

We had a bad check in experience.The front desk gentleman would not let my husband check in b/c I had made the reservation.The credit card was the same for both of us.This made my husband an daughter sit in the lobby for quite some time until I arrived.

The bar was sorely lacking from spirit options, ambiance and staff knowledge. It could easily be a 5-star location, but it appears that management is content with a 4-star investment and thus an underwhelming experience.
