the front office staff are the worst and the hotel is so stingy about the amenities including in room supplies, shampoo, coffee, and anything else that should have been provided with the room i.e utensils The hotel staff are the rudest and most unwelcom

It was very clean, and the gym was nice and had lots of equipment that was brand new. Even though the rooms were small, they had just about everything you needed in a confined space. Also, the location was excellent. It was close to everything I needed.

The card readers in the laundry room were offline which was reported to the hotel staff at least 3 times, but they made no attempt to fix it. Also, you have to walk your dirty towels up to the front desk to swap them out instead of them coming to you.

I loved how clean and modern it was. Plus rooms are super comfy

Only thing I would like are better pillows, they are a bit too soft for my taste but its not a dealbreaker anyhow

The newness and cleanliness were nice. Rooms were very tidy and air conditioning worked well.

Last minute, "corporate canceled our reservation" due to an invalid card, phone number and email, even though I called a couple days prior to make sure everything was set up and ready. They also sold out, leaving us no rooms to stay. Staff was ZERO help.

It is a new property, so it is in good condition. The staff is great, everyone always has a smile.

The people that stay here are kind of "odd." Seems like there are drug deals going on in the parking lot.

The hotel is new and very clean and modern. All the staff is extremely friendly. I met one of the staff members outside, he was very friendly and one can tell he was extremely proud of his hotel. Overall, this hotel was a very positive experience

Exceptionally clean. Everything you might need in one small space.

Not only this location, but every other location, the exit at the back side of of the hotel leads directly into pick-up trucks, palm tree (tree), trash cans, A/C unit, everything except the parking lot where you are going.

Uptown was a great hotel. A/c gets super cold, staff was awesome, there were rooms available, and it was close to pretty much everything. Would definitely stay here every time.

extremely well designed room relatively small but did not feel that way brand new hotel and thus very nice infrastructure wonderful, useful, friendly staff

need better and more coffee would be nice if there was a b'fast, but that is the nature of this brand (which i was unaware of. the location: ugly uncomfortable spot. isolated. you can drive where you need to go relatively painlessly
