Great experience. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was modern and clean. Great location downtown. Perfect choice for our weekend getaway.

I really didn?t like the soaps/shampoo/lotion. The smelled bad and were drying. I wasn?t happy that the water and ice station on my floor was out of order.

I did not know there was a $300 incidental charge per room. They pulled a total of $---- from my account and when on vacation I really needed that.

Great location in the heart of Austin. Stayed overnight to see a concert at ACL Live, which was walking distance. Awesome free breakfast. Scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles and fresh baked muffins. Comfortable clean room. Great staff and safe.

Extra charge for parking but that can be expected in downtown Austin.

Breakfast was ok. I have ate in lower class hotels that had a better breakfast. Eggs and meat did not taste correctly.

Location was close to restaurants, river walk, Moody Theater. The room was spacious, well lighted, very comfortable.

Parking is valet only and cost us over $100 which was an unexpected expense.

They are remodeling so if you plan to stay all day long in the hotel, sometimes it can get noisy, so better to double check if they are done with construction work.

Renovated room was gorgeous, convenient to all that is downtown.

Valet service, Towne Park staffer Andre. He was quite rude, and not hospitable. The bed was too soft for my liking, but that's on me. Pillows were flat, and no firm option available; again a personal preference.

Breakfast was very good. Room size was nice. Centrally located downtown.

The beds were hard and even lumpy in places. They put a topper on them but it wasn¿t adequate. There was mold on the decorative tile in the bathroom. I did not feel safe walking the block to the convention center. Lots of homeless people.
