Easy to get to. Excellent service and staff. Extremely clean and comfortable room and bed! 🛏️

They charged my card three times and I haven’t received my money back yet.

I was unlucky with the people in the room next to me. They were very loud. Not soundproof

They canceled the reservation without charge but I did have to take up some time with customer service to get my money back.

The pet fee was not disclosed on Bookings web site. The charge is $150/pet. This would more than double the cost of the stay. They should not be advertised as pet friendly.

Condominiums as hotel room!!!! New construction.. Good food and drinks (sodas). I don't drink liquor

Room was good, easy to access hotel.

At night there was no water due to their softening system rebooting and cleaning itself, it seems to happen every night. Have a work around, you have guests, this is ridiculous.

Everything, the room was spacious, quiet and the beds were very comfy. Shower was nice and the water hot and pressure was great

First time I’ve ever been charged 10.00 to park in a hotel parking lot where I’ve rented a room for the night . Just a small thing but kind of put a damper on the experience. I would think the price of the room could cover the parking space for the night

The staff was not very friendly. Told us that our reservation didn’t include breakfast, which it did. Then told us only breakfast for 1 person when there were two of us on reservation

It was really nice for the price! Our room was spacious. Staff was very helpful with our questions. Overall a good stay!

The door lock that pops out was kind of weird. We were unsure about it but we tested it ourselves.

Breakfast starts too late. Was told the kitchen person starts at 7:00 and it opens when he gets the food out. Not helpful for an early flight.

The location and staff were great as usual. This has been my hotel of choice for about 4 stays.

As I mentioned this has been my hotel of choice but it was not as clean this time as others. I had to change rooms 3 times. Hair on the pillows. Floor not mopped, lego blocks from the prior guest and the beds seemed as if the sheets were not really changed just remade from the last guest. All the other times I've stayed here the place was extremely clean. Not sure what happened this time.
