Hotel beds hard as a rock. Like laying on cement. Zero water pressure in shower my family had to take a bath. Carpet is room was so filthy it turned the bottoms of our feet black right out of the bath. Management did not return calls about stay

That place was very clean and the people were very professional. The only problem we had as some of the people in the kitchen did not know any word on English

We've stayed at this Hotel 2 years in a row and had great experiences both times. The hotel is clean and quiet with friendly staff. Each room has a full kitchen. The patio area has grills and patio furniture. There's lots of entertainment for kids/teens.

The room bathrooms are very small and the only area in the room with a door for privacy. It was difficult to change clothes in them. The entertainment options close at 9pm, which is a little early for teens on vacation.

Poor attitude of one of the receptionists towards customers. Tiny and noisy room. Hard mattress and pillows. Poor breakfast.

The pillows and the bed

I liked that the living room was separate from the bedroom. It felt more like a nice apartment than a hotel. I also appreciated the light up mirror.

I enjoy having a hot breakfast and staying in a comfortable, modern room.

The staff was very pleasant. The room arrangements was extremely nice, it had all the comfort of being at home.

The pillows and mattress pillows had no support and the mattress felt worn out too soft

Everything was as advertised- staff was friendly, they got us a free crib and allowed us a complimentary late check out. Room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed!

Excellent staff. Brazil checked us in and was very professional and courteous. Very pleasant personality.
