It was quiet and the beds were very comfortable.

The toilets were extremely too low.

Shower wasn?t working well, not enough light, fan regulator was not working

Friendly staff. Great location. Super clean. Comfortable bed. Spacious room.

The gym is too basic. The breakfast egg tasted weird. The sofa bed had stains of blood and something else. There was lots of hair in the couch.

I liked to iron my clothes which the iron is there but not working. I notified the cleaning lady but she didn?t come back with the operating iron

Pool. Was small pool and kids acting like heathens while parents were outside paying no attention. Very disappointed with the issue paid extra just for a pool and never got to use it same kids in it until closing and literally hogging up entire pool

Room cleanliness and floor plan

We made the reservation but did not know dogs were not allowed we discovered this in less than an hour after making reservations. When we tried to cancel reservation they denied our request. Do not make a reservation here without reviewing every detail.

I like the room layout, cleanliness and friendly staff.

The hot breakfast was lacking. This is the 1st hotel with a hot buffet breakfast that I've gone to without a waffle or pancake maker even though the hotel claims to have belgian waffles.

The HVAC could be a bit quieter, but was very efficient.

Bathroom doesn't have exhaust fan so very smelly and cleaning crew didn't take care of it well.

Not the best hotel I had a larger blower in the middle of the floor in my room and my remote didn¿t work when I called and asked for another one I never got it booked for 2 days but only stayed one day just awful . Ax in the room was not working no alarm

No alarm clock no chanting station. Staff at night was bad

The location

The hotel needs an update, rusted doors, old and stain sheets. We stayed two nights and we did not get someone to clean the room while staying there.

What we liked about this hotel was it's location, which was very easy to access and located where we needed.Room was Clean n Smelled Fresh,24hr polite receptionists.

Limited breakfast window in morning & no 24hr restaurant in Hotel. Room service staff didn't speak English. Room size was very small compare to other hotels.

I LOVED THAT IT WAS IN A CENTRAL LOCATION. IT WAS BRIGHT AND AIRY. THE HOTEL STAFF ARE VERY NICE.

I DID NOT KNOW THAT THEY ONLY CLEAN EVERY OTHER DAY. I DID NOT LIKE THAT AND IT SEEMS LIKE THEY DO THE BARE MINIMUM WHEN THEY DO CLEAN. I HAD A DUSTY BATHROOM AND THE TUB WAS PEALING. I ALSO DID NOT LIKE HOW LOUD THE GUEST WERE NEXT TO ME AND HOW LOUD.

The breakfast was decently large with lots of choices and good food. My kids loved the food.

When we first checked into our room, the living room TV had no volume. I let the concierge know and she switched our rooms. The TV's were still a little funky but they worked at least. The 4th floor wreaked of cigarette smoke like in a casino.

The location was good and the breakfast was convenient. Parking and Wi-Fi available.

They do not clean the rooms and guess is forced to put trash and used towels in the hallway, which was not collected immediately.
