Nothing to be liked about the hotel

Yes, nasty odors from the lobby up to the floors to the room, mildew inside the rooms, broken AC unit, rude staffs, very unhygienic and uncomfortable to stay in, very dirty, nasty, filthy hotel, worst than Motels

There was decent coffee and creamer available in the lobby that I enjoyed. The lobby decor was very inviting and progressive, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

When checking in I was told of an additional "tourism fee" that I had to pay. I found this to be highly offensive as im already paying to stay in the hotel plus multiple fees and taxes and possible incidentals. That fee is ridiculous and a turnoff.

We could not locate staff when we first arrived. Then realized they were playing pool in the lobby.

Clean, location

Toiletries (soap, shampoo,etc) containers are too hard to use...squeezing the tubes isn't easy for people with arthritis

It was clean and handy to the airport

The room was a little small. No airport shuttle from 11:30 am to 4::00 pm forcing us to Uber or taxi back to the hotel. This was not mentioned on the website. Shuttle driver didn?t speak English and didn?t help loading our luggage into the van. Not good!

The hotel was super clean in every area, had an amazing common room with a pool table and Foosball table. Definitely a comfortable home feeling here. Had a great breakfast buffet every morning too! Would recommend to anyone near the Austin Airport.

Road noise is unbearable (why don¿t they disclose the need for a white noise machine?!), tiny room, breakfast items were out so I didn¿t get anything to eat, desk was unmanned to check out.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The room was so loud. You can hear highway and airplane noise (and feel the vibration) so loud. The hotel knows there is a noise issue because they provide a white noise machine on the bedside table. The shades are not blackout, they are semi-blackout.

condition of reservation was shuttle to airport at 3am. called direct to hotel to confirm 24 hour shuttle. was told every hour on the half hour. upon arrival, was told shuttle didn't start until 7am. had to take a cab/Uber. very disappointed.

Free airport shuttle and continental breakfast. Room was very clean and staff was friendly.

My room was small & faced the highway and there was a lot of traffic and airport noise so I didn't sleep well. No restaurants within walking distance unless you go to one of the hotel restaurants next door.

The hotel appears brand new. Rooms were clean, towels soft and fluffy, and the shuttle drive was very nice. Only issue was I had to request rekeying for room key, and hallway on our floor needed a vacuum. Overall, hotel itself and staff were wonderful.

No microwave and coffee machine in the room.

It was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. It checked all the boxes we had for a nights stay.

I loved the retro look. It was a great atmosphere to be in and the staff was really friendly. The modern vibe was a change from the same look I'm used to when traveling. I loved the pool table in the lobby and the sitting area.

There is no pool in the hotel or microwave available in the room.

Beds are so comfortable, and breakfast is great!

No pool, walls are paper thin you could hear everything going on in the hall way!

Both our room s sink(wash basin ) were stuck and so water couldnt drain at all. We informed them and still no one came and checked or fixed. in the evening,night and in the morning till we left at noon it was a lot of inconvenience for us not to have work

Clean rooms; friendly staff

Very small; no closet/cabinet space. VERY NOISY. Air conditioning had water gurgling; the refrigerator made a ticking sound every 10 min and the street noise was LOUD (I know the hotel can't really control that unless building is better insulated)

Hotel is located close to the airport, which was important for me. It was clean, well maintained, and had a colorful modern vibe.
