How quite it was, in a not so quiet area

PAYING $55.00 A DAY FOR PARKING IS NOT ACCEPTABLE WHEN PAYING $--- A NIGHT!!!!!!

Comfortable and location

The charcoal soaps, shampoos, and lotion. That charcoal scent was not good.

I didn?t think about the loud music on Friday and Saturday nights but the hotel staff was very helpful upon check in with solutions to assist.

I really liked the location of the hotel.

I did not like the motion activated AC. I was in my room most of the time and the ac would move on its own and the room would get hot. I was told at check out that the ac is motion detected. Must not have worked correctly

Canopy is in an amazing location on 6th St. plenty of food options nearby. Night life is there, the pool is nice. Public Parking is pretty good considering the how lively Austin?s downtown scene is. And they have Valet if you choose.

The only improvements I wish they had are the Canopy branded socks and the slippers. These are staples at their other property locations. Not yet available in Austin.

The room was clean and nice.

The hotel gave my room key to someone else who entered my room at 3:00 AM. The staff never mentioned anything about it until I brought it up. The staff was rude.

Well designed comfortable rooms bedding and bathroom/shower.

Great setup with fridge and safe tucked away in drawers neatly, but our fridge wouldn?t work.

Staff at the front desk was so lovely and accommodating. Some of the best service I?ve ever received anywhere! Rooms are really nice, clean, spacious and new. Pool is small but stylish. Coffee, hot chocolate, tea and treats in the lobby are a nice touch.

The first room was across from a nightclub and really loud. They switched us to another that was quiet and pleasant

Staff were friendly and helpful, loved the free champagne they provided us. Rooms were lovely, industrial and cozy, that is my preferred style. Breezeway was amazing, perfect area for hanging out and chilling.

They had me pay a $500 deposit for my room, $--- a night, that?s much as renting a car. And our room was right next to a club, luckily we?re not noise sensitive, though they tried providing earplugs and having a noise machine in the room it wouldn?t help.

Staff gave me the VIP treatment for my birthday. Trinity made me a birthday basket full of goodies.

I loved this hotel, the location, the staff and the concept - everything was about as good as you could expect from a stay.

The gym was a little limited but they had a gym so that's great

Great location for anything downtown.

The valet parking was really expensive about $50 a night so that can add up real quick if you stay more than one night.

My first time in Austin, the location of this hotel was just what I was looking for. Walking distance to everything. Plus the free bicycles staying with the hotel was amazing. The staff was unbelievably welcoming. I will absolutely be returning.

This hotel is wonderful and the restaurant downstairs is amazing!

The noise level is ridiculous. The partying goes till 3 am or so.

The restaurant is excellent. The courtyard is beautiful.

Technology has taken over service. No bedside light,and when reported,they were unable to replace the bulb. We were allowed a late checkout,but were blocked out of our room twice because of defunct card keys. $50 a day valet is too much,even for Austin.

Clean, new, great amenities, comfortable, convenient. The location was at first concerning that it would be loud on the weekend evenings, but it wasn't!

The lady valet person that is there in the daytime was rude, but all of the guys at night were amazing!

not much. The bathroom was decent

way overpriced, didn't get the room we paid for, we arrived early but the parking garage had 4 cars in it. No excuse. Beds were very uncomfortable. Room was just cheaply done.
