Rooms and hotels was spacious

Staff weren’t great, attempted to charge me twice

The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The in room entertainment is out dated. In an era where streaming is the primary mechanism people use, not having smart tv's in the room is unimaginable.There are very few electrical outlets within the room and the ones available are not ideally situated in a usable area.Every time I took a shower, I thought I was going to fall through the floor. The stability of the tube/shower was flimsy The couch in the living area was very very uncomfortable even to sit onThe location of the hotel is also not ideal. There's nothing in the immediate area of the hotel. If you don't rent a vehicle, you stuck using Ride Share to get around to anything.

No one came back to collect the garbage..

Staff were great, room was great, actually better than I expected. Location was perfect for what I was there for!

Bed is a little hard, walls are a little thin so you can hear your neighbors a little bit.

Staff was attentive and friendly. The hotel was nice and the value was good.

The rooms are dated. There is no outlet next to the bed to plug in a phone or digital device. Also, I phoned to complain about the fire alarm which over the course of two days went off, along with a message over the room speakers telling guests to evacuate immediately, 5 or 6 times over the course of two days. I was told that it was a test required by the city of Arlington. There was no previous warning to us. The first time it went off, a group of us ran out of our rooms to head downstairs only to be told never mind. Really poor guest experience. I asked for the Manager's name but got the impression that she couldn't care less.

Room was clean

Pool area was not clean. Hot tub was not working.

The location was good.

When we got in the room, it was 80 degrees inside. We went to Walmart and bought a fan, and the room finally cooled off. We had 2 adults and 3 kids and only had 4 barh towels. Went to the clerk and told her, and 30 minutes later, I got more towels. One key didn't work to pool room and when I went and told the clerk, she wasn't too friendly about it and didn't give me a good key and I had to go back a 2nd time before I got another key. The pool room was too dark and hot inside. Probably won't go back there. Kids swam some, but it was too hot for us to stay inside to watch them. Was a nice hotel, it's a shame it wasn't comfortable.

The hotel was in a great location, clean facilities, and great amenities.

The room was a little warm even with the ac turned down to 65.

The hotel was very clean and the location was great. Free parking.

I had no real complaints, but no microwave in the room. If I had to nitpick, the views from the room aren't so great with it being near the Six Flags grounds. Also, breakfast is not complementary. But I honestly had no complaints about our stay.
