- Shower and toilet had issues
- Room was not ready at 3:00 check-in time...had to wait until almost 4:00. Then the room 228 we got smelled very stale smoky even though the whole hotel was non-smoking. Became intolerable so asked Ms. Pamela at front desk if any solution, which she fixed
