Unfriendly night staff lied about room availability, shower head looked like it had mold

All the staff was very nice, even the maintenance man.

Handicapped shower needs a lower clamp/catch to hold the detachable shower head on the wall at hand level so you can reach it sitting down. The shower head is so I I could not even reach it on tiptoe.

It was right off the highway and the staff was absolutely outstanding! We were greeted with a smile and she was very helpful on getting me a safety pin to help with covering my chest for the dress I had for the wedding. She was life saver!

Was expecting to have waffles as part of my breakfast but this location had a pancake machine and the pancakes were awful.

Location and the general layout of the motel was great This is did not like ran out of room. They need to back off on the air freshener, smelled rather strange and pungent.

The ceiling in the bathroom needs to be painted . There are stains up there (mold?). The AC is weird out didn't cut off and it got cold but I set it one degree up and it never came back on and got hot. Need to get normal looking people working the desk.

So many breakfast choices was womderful.

Pool hours were a bit inconvenient for my family but no big deal.

The front desk staff was amazing!!!! She took her time with me when my toddler was screaming and crying and running off...she took the time to call me to make sure things were ok with the room when before she left home...loved that lady!!!

We¿ve stayed here 16 times in the last 15 mo. This was the 2nd time the milk was spoiled. We always have to ask the breakfast attendant to warm up our coffee in the microwave. Every time she apologizes and says I keep telling my supervisor that the pot is

There were a few things broken in my unit and the TV only had one channel. Smelled funny.

Manager was amazing to help with a small issue ,she is excellent at her job and very accommodating. Thank you The 2ladies in the breakfast area are a great asset to the hotel they treat you like a guest in there home very warm and welcoming ,thank you

Close to home and the staff knows us by first name and always welcome us back. Very clean and have no complaints.

The lady in the kitchen has always been less than friendly and when the issue was addressed she wanted to be confrontational. I would expect that she would be more than friendly after that, however, that is not the case!

Staff was polite . Rooms were clean.

Parking wasn't easy ' I was hauling a car on a trailer. I had to make a spot.

The sink and shower had hot water only. Could not adjust temperature. Reported to desk on checkout.

A little musty smelling at first

Hotel employee accommodated our need for double beds in both of the rooms that we reserved. Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean. Had a great stay. Staff was polite, quick and efficient. Will be back in June!

I got a flea bite sleeping in the bed. I am suspecting the sheets were not washed from the previous guest. Sink was slow draining. Breakfast options were limited. The fruit was not fresh. Only two apples and one orange to choose from.
