- A beautiful and very comfortable room and bed!
- There was human excrement on my toilet seat, got in late no cleaning staff that time of night, I asked for spray bleach and gloves, I cleaned my own toilet, I have pictures and video of me cleaning my own toilet, was told I would receive 1 night credit
- It was CLEAN, the staff was friendly and helpful, the beds comfortable and the bathroom opens in a way that others in the room are not disturbed. Good continental breakfast too!
Cons -
- The maids didn't leave me coffee a couple of times
- I did not like the fact that breakfast ended at 9 a m. on a Saturday morning. Breakfast normally stays open until 10 a.m. on the weekends at other hotels.
- Did not receive credit, manager yelled at me, chased me out of hotel while on the phone with police, BREACH OF CONTRACT, health code violation, ect
