- Horrible customer service from night shift front staff, will not be staying at this location in the future
- They shut off water without notify us and when we called they gave us a 1hr eta. My daughter and I left and came back 3hrs later since we couldn't bath or flush toilets just to be told that the issue wasn't resolved but cold water was available. So instead of soaking our sour muscles and relaxing from the traumatic ordeal that had us hiding away in a hotel, we had to wipe ourselves down, because who's taking a cold shower in the middle of winter. The next day, still no water or hot water. At checkout the receptionist says, the manager plans on coming that last day due to the inconvenience, he happened to walk by and she asks for clarification on how much or how it will be refunded and he replies, we will offer you a 20% refund on your stay. Since you did the booking through booking.com it will probably go through them. I told him I won't have booked a second night if I knew there will be no hot water or even water to flush our toilets. And that I won't be coming back. We checked out and checked in to another hotel Tru by Hilton. I have still not gotten any response, refund ir anything from LA Quinta. I won't be going back there again.

Our room had a leak from the vent above the toilet. And the front desk staff said it does that when the upstairs unit uses the shower. They were booked up being new years eve. But they did not offer us any compensation. Even tho the manager was suppose to the next morning. But wasnt in yet before we checked out.
